Massage alone does not work for everyone. I use the female deer massage with pure flaxseed oil. I grew about a cup in two months. You can see my progress here: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=17169 Page 2 shows my latest progress.
Massage for breast health will definitely help with firmness/perkiness. I would recommend massage regardless of what else you decide to add to your program.
