Hey everyone!
I've been lurking around for a while but its my first time posting! My sincere apologies if this is the wrong forum for posting this but I need advice...
I think my situation is a little different from the posts I read but I hope someone out there can offer me some help
I'm 21 and suffer from Bipolar disorder type 1 and severe OCD after a very tough string of treatments which left me overweight and eventually led to a fatal reaction to the meds I decided to lose weight and work with behavioural therapists and other natural methods.
After losing 30 pounds I fortunately didn't lose any measurement on my chest.. These are my before and after measurements
Before: over bust: 36 bust: 39 under bust: 34 waist:38
Now: over bust: 36 bust: 39 under bust: 30 waist: 27
My problem is that my chest looks smaller than its meant to be and I'm not sure why since I don't have a very broad bone structure.
Nonetheless Im still not finished with my weightloss I still have 20 pounds to go! This is when I decided to search for NBE my main goal is to maintain my bust measurement as i lose my last 20 lbs and make them fuller. My secondary goal (though its okay if it doesnt happen) is to increase bust measurement to 42.
After searching programs I saw a lot of success with chiyomilk but the thing is I can't take any herbal supplements (or any pills for that matter) So I need advice on how I can accommodate her program to my case. Anyone has any idea?
