I'm going to have a good read around this forum, but any advice and positive outcome stories would be great to hear!!
I'm 37, slim but fit, I have 3 kids aged nearly 9, 6.5 and nearly 4. All were breasted for the first two years of there life.
I've always been fairly small breasted. Size somewhere around a A-B cup. My breasts are definitely less perky and emptier since feeding the three of them.
I'm not interested in a boob job. I'd like to try and make them a little larger/fuller naturally. Does it really work? I'm massaging twice daily, (started 2 days ago), I've ordered some fenugreek pills and nettle root. I've got a Chinese cupping set and have been using that at night for 15 mins on my breasts.. I'm going to order some larger cups.
