I have tried fenugreek,fennel, and massage...didnt work at all. I tried for 4 months! then i tried bo but it messed my periods all up and caused weird in between bleeding and heavy periods. I'd say get a panel done and this time include prolactin. Also, if you got there with pregnancy you should be able to get there again! You prob need more progesterone judging by that bottom measurement.
