Crap, I'm having an allergic reaction to one of my new supplements. The last three days as soon as I take them, I get dizzy, a horrible headache, then sick to my stomach and then bloating that is sooo painful. I have only one option it seems. cold turkey from the supplements and gradually add them in one by one, until I figure out the culprit.

Anyway, we're taking off to Oklahoma for a short trip to visit a dear friend. I'll be taking my BB pills, my L-tyrosine and my protein shakes. That's it. Those are the three things I've taken the entire eight months that I never had these symptoms from. I haven't yet figured out a way to take my noogleberry with me, but I'm working on it.

I'm suspecting that it's one of three things. The collagen, the Raw Adrenal, or my new brand of B-complex, all of which are the only new things I added and the headaches started sometime shortly after and have gradually gotten worse and then ballooned into this this week.

I have plans to do a major cleanse shortly. I'll be taking some Banaba tea on the trip with the intent to only drink that during the trip to do a complete kidney cleanse. Depending on how my growth is this month, I will either do a liver/gallbladder cleanse before my period starts if no growth or wait until after if there is. I'm also having to adjust my cycles this month so that I won't be on my period for our mexico vacation in june. So once my period starts I'll start a quick fix of birth control pills and then stop them once I stop my period, so that it will force a second period and change my scedule. during the roughly two weeks that I will be doing this double period, I think I'm going to completely take a break from BB and take only milk thistle to finish up any cleaning out of the hormones from the liver that may be helpful.

Anyway, my growth period for this month will be starting Around Saturday. I'm hoping to see some good growth for this one and once we get back next Monday, I hope I have some good news to post!
