Deflate? No not really well it causes temporary swelling but it turns to permanent growth slowly with daily use.
There are a few other shaping bras i think they are mostly asian but chiyo uses bradelis 3 step bra.

Asian stores have a ton of different shaping bras and their inexpensive too plus really pretty so I'll buy a few
On a good side I found flaxseed oil capsules I guess I can just break the capsules and use the oil for my massages hope it works!
