Hello I've just been sitting in the back reading and learning for a while now
I started my program on the 29 of December 2013. My program pretty much sums up what your considering doing. But I take pm in luteal then Bo in follicular. It's only been 1 month but I have increased 1 inch in this time frame! 
. Unfortunately I have to take a month break because of a surgical procedure 
but will start it up again right after. Meanwhile I'll do a cleanse. Good luck hope it helped
