So, i just placed my first order for my BO and MSM from Swansons. Just wanted to share my excitement! I cant wait for it to get here. Ive decided to keep it simple and start of with just BO, MSM, daily prenatal, protein shakes, and massage. I'll try that for a few months to see what results i get before adding more to my routine.
