And to think I gave up coffee and started drinking green tea as a cancer preventative. I wonder where the balance would be for me on this. Love the roobios too!
On another note, following a link from one of yours, I found estrogen may help improve lung function (at least it did in rats). My current lung function is just over 70% due to my previous cancer and years of smoking. Makes me wonder if this will improve as a side effect of NBE.

In studies involving mice and rats, it was found that lung function may be improved by estrogen. In one study involving 16 animals, female mice that had their ovaries removed to deprive them of estrogen lost 45 percent of their working alveoli from their lungs. Upon receiving estrogen, the mice recovered full lung function
