Well that thread sure is inspiring! What brand MSM do you guys use? Do we know what brand Bonita uses?

No but il ask her if someone doesnt beat me to it Im wondering if vit c with it is the key but then I didn't see if bon used that. I know msm and vit c are building blocks for new tissue collagen etc. And these girls were using high doses too. Apparently upping msm can help with wrinkles, detoxing and insomnia. I took 2gms last night before bed and slept straight thru! I rarely do that..
