Is Ainterol PM missing a key ingredient?

I'm confused about strengths of PM. Siriporn said it is 100 mg per cap & dosage is 2 caps per day. Ainterol is 500 mg per cap & dosage is 2 caps per day. So is Siriporn stronger & if so, what does it have that Ainterol doesn't?
