It's probably coincidental, but grey hairs started popping up soon after I started my BO regimen (not a ton of them, but enough for me to notice). I looked it up and premature grey hair can be caused by thyroid/pituitary issues. My thyroid function was at 1.4 lUl when I had it tested, so that shouldn't be the cause.
Can BO cause sudden problems with the thyroid that had no issues before? As far as I can tell, everything else is normal.
Regardless, I think I'm going to add Swanson's pituitary to my regimen and see if that helps.
I was just curious to see if anyone else experienced this, because I've never seen it mentioned.
