Outofstyle's PM moon cycle

Sooo I went off my PM for a couple of days for ovulation and.. my period started (lightly). Come on, body! Get with the program. Do as I say, not as I do. :/

I'm not going to cycle anymore, 2 ainterols all the way through. I might not cycle PC anymore either... Just use less during the first half of the month. I dunno.. I have half a moon to come to a decision.


Sleeping pills are working nicely! But I'm sick with a cold.... antibiotics gave me a yeast infection... It hasn't been a great day. Buuut, a little strange thing I read, apparently YI creams when applied to the scalp can cause super fast growth. Going to give it a try for two months.

Going to download binary beats as well as rockmelon ringtone. Will listen to rockmelon during work and binary beats at night.

Sigh... I need to gain weight, but I am scared to start doing it now as I don't have a gym membership. During the school year I can use the Universities.. So I am probably setting myself back a bit by shying away from weight-gain.

I can't really help you, cuz I'm actually working towards the opposite and trying to lose weight...

LOL. NO ONE ever seems to think I ought need to lose any weight though! And maybe in the long run I shouldn't. That I'm gaining boobs and NOT gaining weight means I AM losing weight, in actuality, right? Cuz the boobs are gunna be weighing something, and might be just the right amount of something to be offsetting some serious losses elsewhere. Hopefully mostly in the midsection!

My tummy has fat rolls. Significant ones. Until I tone those away I'm going to be on a weight loss regime.

There is a key difference between us though. Two actually. You're 4 inches taller and something like 20 pounds lighter.

I wonder why you have such a hard time keeping weight on... Most people these days are having the opposite problem.

Yes, its true, couchie cream is the greatest. I use it on my baby hairs mixed with rosemary. Smells good!

Yeah if you are gaining boobage without gaining weight on the scale then you must be losing!

I think my problem is just inconsistency. I forget meals, or there just isn't enough healthy food around the house for me to eat enough to gain weight, or for example half the time I am so rushed at breakfast all I eat is an apple which will NOT help me gain weight at all. Plus when I was 17 I went traveling, and due to the circumstances I was under I practically starved for a few months, eating one or less than one full meal a day. As a result my stomach shrunk, I haven't ever been able to expand it because it is painful for me to overeat so I just don't overeat, and it keeps it small, so my meals are small and I need to be eating 6-8 times a day if I want to seriously gain some weight.

I think I will see weight gain come September because I will be living in residence where there is unlimited access to bagels, peanut butter, nutella, and yogurt, and also the cooks tend to cook fatty things while still supplying lots of vegetables and fruit. So I also think that is when I will see my boobs really start growing.

I am going to keep up with my boobs regime and the ainterol though, just cause I am not worried about saving it as I'd like to try a new brand in sept Smile

Oh, and the past three nights the sleeping pills were NOT working nicely. I seriously gotta start meditating I think. I was up until 430am last night!! Got into bed at 9pm. Lack of sleep is ruining my skin, I keep getting stupid acne and they can't heal cause I don't sleep. Clearing my skin is my new main goal for the summer.

Oh yeah! That'll certainly do it! I'm thinking I'm quite possibly going to be having the same problem once I finally let go of my starvation diet and start eating again.

I'm not LITERALLY starving myself, as in, I'm not letting my body go into starvation mode... But I am taking in fewer calories than I actually need in order to get my body into an catabolic state so it eats away all my non-essential soft tissue. Muscle, fat, everything. Anything at all that is male-like about my body has got to go. Getting myself down nearly to a twig so I can start strategically putting stuff back on where I want it.

Really though all that'll entail is putting weight back on and making sure I don't miss any doses of my anti-androgens or my feminizing cocktail.

What's really incredible to me is just how feminine my body is looking the more and more twig-like I get. I really do have a ridiculously female skeleton for being supposedly male. I have no idea how I escaped having my skeleton masculinized as much as my soft tissue from years of living under the thumb of testosterone... but I'll take it!

And ugh. I'm so sorry to hear about the insomnia! I get it a lot too...

If your skeletal frame is feminine you are definitely already way over halfway there without any work at all . That is awesome.

Yea I bought some sunflower seeds and a bunch of coconut milk (I drink almond milk but it is low in calories so I am going to mix the coconut milk with it) and also some bagels!!!! Yum yum. I gotta get this show on the road.

I have been keeping up with my PM just one a day, still just getting a bit of swelling after massage but I am going to start doing more than that, right now I only manage to do it at night, about 7 min each.

Ahhhh and omg omg I bought something crazy! A kegalmaster LOL can't wait to get that thing.

Oh so I met a guy. Well I didn't "meet" him, I've known him since I was like 15 from bible camp ahaha. Saw his "piece" yesterday..... very nice Smile LOL exciting. We didn't have sex though (thank GOODNESS).


Hmmmmm also order some acid peels for my face. Anyone with acne or scars I would totally recommend these to. I haven't tried them yet but I have strong faith, maybe I will post before and afters for them. I got the Salicylic acid 20% peel for acne and oil control and then a 60% lactic acid peel for scars. I had to order it three times, so annoying. My first order was returned to sender for some reason, second one I changed the addy but did not change the city as I should have (my bad) and now I am waiting on my third order. I really want it to come my skin troubles are causing me to be self conscious and it sucks .

I think my boobies are hurting a bit right now Smile yay

Gawd I feel friggen grouchy today...


So I have this protein mix, chocolate flavour, and it tastes disgusting!!!! Yesterday my brother told me that he takes it with peanut butter to make it taste better.. Omg best idea ever!!! Extra calories and it tastes so yummy!! I made a smoothie and I added blueberries to it too, so good.

Well I am going to go massage for like half an hour cause I missed yesterday. My bad.....

Oh. And I am joining a gym on Monday. Gotta start building my booty.

ok woke up late today so gym tomorrow.

MY KEGALMASTER CAME. Yess!! Hehe now I can massage my boobies and work my coochie hcore at the same time. Wayyy too excited.

Feeling good, I didn't go to the gym but I did a bentonite clay bath today for like an hour.
