Guys, I mentioned Niacin (Vitamin B3) on the first page of this thread because of the circulation it does promote! But there is something which is even more interesting about Niacin. Niacin supposedly boosts natural growth hormone (HGH)!!! Read about it, it is a very interesting vitamin. It is also beneficial for detox.

Wow, I'm looking into this now! Do you think it's ok to use while using other methods of NBE (like BO or herbs) or only during cleanses? I was just wondering as you mention it for detox.

Girls, I found another option to increase circulation, which is very cool.

Many years ago I bought my boyfriend a small device. It can be used to massage the skin against wrinkles etc.

It looks like this:



There are different sizes, we have the smallest size for the face.

I found it yesterday in his cosmetic bag and since he does not use it anymore, I tried it on my breasts. This little thing is so amazing!! Within seconds my breasts turned warm and red. I massaged for 5 minutes and my breasts looked fuller afterwards.
