Hi Ladies of BreastNexus: Ella asked for a program, here's what I have.. It's not 100% complete, but more information will be added asap.

For the record, my estrogen is usually at the top end of normal range @ 200 pg/mL...at normal female range. I've been off pharma E2 for the last 1.5 years. My T ranges 50 mg/dL to 100 ng/dL and when it's elevated I take 5mg of finasteride. So long story short, I don't supplement estrogen.

However, for those who need help raising their estrogen there's PM (pueraria mirifica). For cis-females the dosage ranges from 100 mg to 250 mg, please don't exceed this amount, it can be delesterous (bad juju sh*t) for you. Or doctor approved E2 supplementation.

Ideally I'd like to see women restore healthy estrogen levels to standard reference ranges and let the natural hormonal rhythms do its thing.

Here's my herb protocol:

Forskolin-utilizes the cAMP/PKA/CREB pathway, (aka-the breast growth pathway).  Aloe Vera can be substituted for forskolin because it does the latter and so much more.

Aloe Vera, just follow the suggested dosage (no more no less and you'll do just fine) organic

MSM- 3,000 mg per day, Growth hormone signaling pathway , via-Jak2/STAT5b (orgajic)

L-Tyrosine 1,000 mg per day (amino acid, nipple growth) Doctors Best brandp

Vitamin D3 4,000 IU per day (for mammary alveolar genesis) organic

Anti-androgens- (we have two choices, White Peony and Reishi Mushroom). White peony, aka-Paeoniflorin  works great for inhibiting adrenal androgens, which helps treat Adrenal PCOS. Reishi is useful for lowering overall androgens.

Paeoniflorin (aka-white peony) regulates the conversion of 4-androstenedione and testosterone, thereby inhibiting testosterone synthesis which promotes the enzyme aromatase making more estradiol. White Peony (at this moment) is our front line adrenal anti-androgen that blocks that pesky delta 4-androstenedione (aka-Δ4-dione) production. Hard to fathom, the adrenal glands weigh about 4grams each and are capable of ruining a good day (albeit @ PCOS, fatigue, insufficiency, etc).

However, it needs to be the right kind of white peony, meaning the highest standardized amount available...preferably generic. And for this I need help from our NBE'er super sleuths out there to track down White Peony, anything above standardized over 10% would be awesome. We need capsule form for liver activation, WP tea won't work.

Reishi mushroom- is a non-steroidal 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, about 80-85% effective at inhibiting DHT.

@sweetorange, when you raise estradiol it lowers prolactin, so you don't need vitex for this reason, our goal is to raise your estradiol. In addition, inhibiting gastrin lowers dopamine, which then lowers prolactin too.

I'll be adding vitamins and other useful tips asap.

One final note about using this herb protocol, it came when i decided to do a visual check of my progress, well lol, I was in for a shock when i saw my breasts were uplifted from their normal position...in other words, it's as if I just had a breast lift lmao. I did my standard wtf and then said (to myself) this is glorious!!. Btw, this wasn't a one time thing, oh hell no lol, it's happened at least a half dozen times since starting the herb protocol.

Full disclaimer here though, I can't guarantee you'll have these same results. However, in doing NBE/HRT for the last 8years I've never had this reaction before. And if you don't respond within the first 2 weeks I'll help you figure out where the problem is originating from.

So much knowledge behind this program, I feel I would be stupid not to try it!

For reishi and WP, do you recommend combining them or going with one of them? I also don't understand liver activation regarding WP in capsuled form; does this mean only dried powdered herb and not extracts/tinctures? Some of the brands describe their WP product as "extract powder", would that be ok or no?

Thank you!

THANK YOU, Lotus!

Pueraria mirifica. I guess I can give it a try Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin">  ! Should cis-females cycle it?

-I've heard before about forskolin, it's for weight loss right?

-Aloe vera. Will be enough if I keep taking one tsbp of aloe juice? Or do you think its best in capsule form?

-L tyrosine and MSM I do take them, but MSM at 1000mg so I'll have to upgrade it. Dr's best is the best brand ever!

- I've got reishi in liquid form, so no prob on this. How much though?

White Peony upset my stomach but not really sure why. I know is a very potent herb for DHT but I just dont go well with it.

Great question. Yes, inhibiting DHT (by way of a 5 alpha reductase [aka 5ar] inhibitor like reishi reduces protein synthesis (muscle growth).

Depends on your motivation here though, meaning do you let the beast (DHT) out for building muscle, or do you want to build breast tissue?. Letting DHT run unopposed greatly reduces the enzyme aromatase (say goodbye to growing breasts). However, breast tissue has the aromatase enzyme built in, in other words the precursors are there for growing breasts.

Muscle building needs an amino acid transporter for true protein synthesis (muscle building). In some research intracellular glutamine facilitates more transfer of leucine via the system L amino transporter. Long term use of leucine is not recommended.

I'm sure you're familiar with mTOR, it's said mTOR acts as a hub for this transfer (and many other functions too). Daily intake of leucine should be @ 2-3 grams, some have it higher, I wouldn't recommend going further than that. Whey protein helps with protein synthesis, but leucine adds about a 20% increase over whey.

Keep in mind, whey and leucine will spike insulin, which spikes more T and adds weight (via insulin triggering hunger)...fun huh?

I'm interested in running a pro-aromatase to pre & post workout routines. WP is available, or maybe a specific fatty acid.

It'll be helpful knowing your pre-workout routine, (e.g. what supplements do you take for pre & post workout).

Queen Nefertiti, "beautiful are the beauties of Aten, a beautiful woman has come" wife of Pharaoh Akhenaten. I love the history of ancient Egypt. (I see your username as nefertiddy though).

I really don't like recommending PM for cis-females, I only list it as an option, a last resort.

Aloe juice is supposed to improve blood flow. Taking aloe internally is best (imho) as it interacts with the stomach acids, intestinal tract released throughout the body via the portal vein system.

True, Forskolin is used for weight loss, and many other things too. You won't need it while taking aloe vera, it'll be redundant IMHO.

Funny, aloe is used as an aphrodisiac. In one animal study, male rats were given varying amounts of aloe vera extract. 100 mg of extract was determined to be most effective, the male rats got lucky.  Big Grin

Which leads me to believe aloe will have some aphrodisiac potential, similar to female viagra.

Would this product work for white peony?

Also should WP be combined with reishi or would that overdo it?

my username is indeed a very silly play of queen Nefertiti ^,^

That's my concern! I mean, I am building up muscle (last year got an injury, so, I lost a lot of "quality" lol) since January and I still have some months to go yet. You know the "newbies" gains are quite impressive and can be build up in a year, more or less. And I think I have great results since my DHT is a bit higher being a cis-female.

So yes, you are right and it's to decide which of these two goes first. I guess as soon as I get the pounds I need in muscle (3-4 months left) I will start to drop my DHT levels seriously. It is way easier to maintain the gains through diet+exercise rather than build up muscle without T levels for me, indeed.

I've seen White Peony's ranges and it's quite impressive! Wow zinc is a "joke" compared to it! (but zinc is great for my skin lol, no cystic acne since I take it Big Grin" alt="Big Grin" title="Big Grin"> )

I just take whey protein before doing exercise, bcca's for workout time and casein before bedtime. Quite simple, I know, but adding creatine is not on my list for now.

However, I'll keep taking aloe internally even though I won't see a huge difference until I fix my DHT problems Rolleyes" alt="Rolleyes" title="Rolleyes"> . It's great for my stomach, I swear. If you do have stomach issues, it's a life-saver.
