yea am looking forward to it as well.... started taking the liver cleanse combo on tuesday itself, so today is day four for that. i got an email reply from swanson, they r shipping the missing bottle of BO to me at no charge, good thing i didnt just let it go and decided to pursue it. they are really very helpful though, good customer service. i started getting some itchiness in boobs since i started live cleanse which rly surprised me since i fully stopped the herbs but it cud be cuz my periods was due, which started today. my measurement is around the same range still 32.1 to 32.2"

my basal temperature has been around 97.9 to 98.1 for the past few days, so not fluctuating a lot, altho it is slightly low.

i am just hoping tht i dont lose w/e boobage i did gain thru herbs during these next couple of weeks.

so i had this feeling that my periods is gonna start a couple of days ago, and i did see some blood, however it started in a well and proper way last night, made me so impatient because its late this time. didnt have the opportunity to check my temperature last 2 days because i was at my cousin's house. i didnt noogle for a couple of days either, got home and measured and i was at 32.1, i am so relieved that i am still over the 32" inch mark. anyways i am gonna count my late periods as a blessing and start my BO program tomorrow, this is after 6 days of liver cleanse, i hope that is adequate
i am not gona map my program according to the clock because i am not consistent with when i wake up

so here is my BO program:

morning right after waking up:
1 Hyaluronic acid with collagen tablet (they say to take 2 caps twice a day, but i have to watch my budget too )
1 MSM (1000 mg)
1 vit B6-B12 with folic acid

half an hr later:
2 BO (250 mg x 2)
1 pituitary (80 mg)
1 kelp (225 mcg) keeping these together because thats how the formula is in BB as well.
1 EFA (1000 mg)
1 protein shake


an hr later:
1 adrenal (350 mg)
1 l tyrosine (500 mg)

evening:
half hr before food:
1 hyaluronic acid with collagen
1 MSM(1000 mg)

just before sleeping:
2 BO (250 mg x 2)
1 pituitary (80 mg)
1 kelp (225 mcg)
1 EFA (1000 mg)
1 protein shake

I am only taking tyrosine and adrenal once a day as the bottle prescribes 1 cap per day. and my temperatures arent too low or very unstable either. I am also taking the EFA with the BO because its good for healthy anyways and shouldnt harm in any way, i know you are not supposed to take anything with the BO, but am thinking its not like its an herb, so it shouldnt interfere with the BO, anyways i hope it wont

I am also going to continue noogling twice a day, once in the morning and once at night for 45 mins each time.

that's great you are starting your program! I guess the only comment I have is that it does say only to take 1 kelp pill at 225mcg per day. So perhaps you can halve the dosage between am and pm? Is there a specific reason you are taking two whole pills? I thought about increasing my kelp intake just because I have such poor temperature so I thought that would help it.

TM wrote a note about how kelp is good for breast growth however, and I think justforfun did too. Its on the BO part of the forum from memory. There was a study done or something and people took kelp.

I'm assuming you eat breakfast? I think consuming lots of protein is important because otherwise your body can't grow. See how you go with the collagen tabs. I started out taking 1 and then 2, but found it too intense taking two, and went back to one etc because I got those weird leg pains, felt like growing pains. I think the collagen is REALLY REALLY important because that is building the cells right? (ok, I am not a scientist!), but maybe you should reconsider only taking one at a time once you've taken them for awhile.

The only other thing that I have read about with adrenals and collagen, is that it is good to take vitamin C with them. But vitamin C is relatively easy to get from eating fruit etc.

I think 1,000mg is a good place to start from, because you can always increase it slowly.

i didnt start my program yet, because i was getting the most awful cramps, cudnt even get out of bed, just kept taking painkillers n going back to sleep, but i guess in a way thts good becuz i got to see your reply before starting my program

I will just break the kelp pill in two then, i didnt know u r only supposed to take one.
i am not fully regular on breakfast, and i will start taking protein shakes once i get off my periods, wont consume too much protein when am on my periods cuz it tends to make me more gassy and makes my periods even more painful.
i dont consume vitamin c usually in my diet either, but we do have some oranges at home so i will just eat those while they r there, n maybe get some vit c supplement when i step out of the house.
maybe the collagen in my pills is not that much, because it is combined with hylaluronic acid, because they say to take 4 pills a day, thank god am not starting with that dosage.... ok so i just checked the bottle n it says the serving of 4 caps gives u 2000 mg of collagen, so 2 pills should give 1000 mg. if 1000 mg is a good place to start then i'll just take 2, but if i get any weird sensations or pains i'll cut it down right away. i didnt take any supplements this morning since i got up late so i am gonna start my program today evening

so today is approx. day 6 of my cycle, had my lowest temp today, it was 97.0 and my boobies measured 31.8" and looked even smaller, but i am hoping its because of the time of the cycle. not getting any swelling out of the noogle, they just turn purple, so debating on whether to hold off of noogling till my boobs start to swell.

it is day 3 of my BO, havent started protein shakes yet. i find that in morning time it is really really hard for me to manage all three slots of supplements around or before breakfast, so what i am going to do is keep the BO and collagen and stuff before breakfast, and the adrenal and l-tyrosine around lunch time, so i am not always stressing over the timing of supplements. added some wild yam powder to my loive oil for massage before noogling, both yesterday and today because the lump in my right boob is still there.

I read in the BO section about some people including maca in their bo routine which is rly interesting, because i wanted to keep the maca as well but wasnt sure since its an herb and bo and herbs dont go well. so keeping that in mind am gonna keep the maca out for this cycle atleast and monitor my progress and then see next cycle if i wanna add the maca in.

woops, hang on, I meant 1,000mg for the BO is a good place to start from! Sorry, I wasn't talking about the collagen. I have no idea how much the collagen pills are in terms of mgs..... !

I used to take 1 collagen pill in morning and one in evening. Then increased it to 2, and now 3.

Oh and I hate that time of the cycle where suddenly it is like ummmm where are my breasts, where is my noogle swelling etc. And yeah, if your breasts are turning purple and no swelling then definitely just stop it for a few days! No point in pushing your breasts if they are not willing to respond.

I have read a bit about people talking about MACA, but I think it depends on your hormones. From my understanding, MACA tries to even out your hormones which may help if you have too much of one hormone. I remember TM didn't think MACA had helped her much, so you may want to check with her on her experience with it.

There are some hormone tests you can do, just on google, where they ask you 'tick the box if you have experienced x, y and z symptoms' and then it gives you an idea if you may be estrogen dominant etc etc. If you haven't done that already maybe that would be a good thing to do to see if you may have a hormonal imbalance.

Take that protein as soon as you can, because I reakon without protein and the collagen breasts can't grow effectively because those are 'building blocks' right for new tissue...

Remember that temp is generally lower in the first half of your cycle anyhow. And they say the growing period is generally in the last half of your cycle. So that is where temp matters.

and yeah, it takes quite a bit to get used to taking the supplements! There are so many. My boyfriend called me a pill popper the other day!!

yea i know! hate that feeling, like my boobs measure that much but when i look at them in the mirror they r looking even smaller, and am like huh? where is all my growth?! well hopefully i kept atleast some of the growth from herbs and it wasnt just swelling. not noogling is a relief for now, getting some free time for myself, spent the past 2 days just relaxing with family and friends and not thinking so much about the boobies.

temperatures were a bit wacky last evening, it was at 96.9 in the evening, lowest so far, then i took one full kelp pill at night and in an hr or so my temperature was at 98.5.... so the extra kelp pill really helped.

no sensations so far... and oh yeah thought i should mention, my temperature is low, so like a couple months back this priest told my parents that i should drink hot milk with saffron every night and it will bring my temperatures up and help my health, i dint really pay attention that time but now that am motivated i started drinking the saffron milk a couple days back.

interesting about the extra kelp pill. I found my temp went up too (temporarily) when I took a second kelp pill. But a few hours later it was back down again.

that's good you have some time now you are on a noogle break. It's amazing how much time it does take up!

yeah, the temperature goes up just temporarily because the next morning when i measured it was low again....
i am thinking of increasing my collagen and hla intake as well, but then those pills r the most expensive so i am having second thoughts
and about noogling taking time, tell me about it! my family has started complaining on how much time i spend in my room, i tried to wear a really loose top and a little blanket and noogle while i am downstairs with family but it still gets awkward when it makes that farting noise sometimes.... *sigh*

but the lack of sensations is getting me worried, i dont even know if the BO is getting assimilated in my body alright....
