How to Lighten Your Eye Color Naturally

I've been reading this thread for awhile now. And i'm wondering if anyone can explain what effect wheat or even dairy has on the eyes? due to the point where you need to lower the intake to reduce toxins in eyes?

I am wondering, what kind of honey are you using? Is it really safe to just put hydrogen peroxide in your eye? ...what percentages are you using this in?

I've been reading about this for a while now and I've used MSM drops on my eye, they've improved my vision and made my eyelashes a 'little' longer but I'm not sure about the hydrogen peroxide stuff!

Have you checked with your optometrist while you're doing this?

Can you tell me your method or list of ingredients so I can see about giving it a try? Very interested here.

Its all a risk. You just have to be willing to try it out yourself. No one can tell you, not even an optometrist.

You want it that bad? Go for it and see for yourself. I guess Honey itself is not strong enough or not working as fast as you like? Its your eyes.

Yeah the level of hydrogen peroxide in honey is natural and safe in my opinion. I wouldn't try adding more.

But I'm still wondering, what portions do you guys use with honey and lemon and water?

I'm going to try the msm flakes (because they are more potent, I'll also be making them at home) along with the Alpha Arbutin serum (I found one by h.i.mistry but i'm still debating on whether I should make my own serum with the Alpha arbutin powder; but since making that serum seems tricky I may buy the serum and a little more alpha arbutin powder to it. not sure) Also I've been reading about how turmeric serum is actually stronger than alpha arbutin in decreasing melanin. I was thinking about trying all three combined not sure. All of the products I will be using will be NATURAL. I have a very dark brown eye color (like chocolate brown and I actually would love for my eyes to be a blueish brown (blue on the outsides of the iris nd brown in the center) any feedback would be lovely ladies and gents.

Lol! You can't choose or engineer your ideal eye color, sorry! Lightening is possible but lypochrome hues are somethin else.
Now, its very possible you have a mixed iris as they are pretty common even in "brown eyed" people. They have toxin overload so you can't tell. I have irises like this but I was so toxic you could hardly tell. So ever since I went high raw, things have changed and you can totally tell now! But you have to do the work of cleansing as well as have the genes. You should upload a pic in bright light. I'll tell you my opinion on what I think you truly have.

Knock yourself out, there are so many lightening agents in herbs, be your own Guinea. But remember, you are dealing with hundreds of properties when using whole foods/herons and that can be potentially dangerous.
I see. I would have to disagree with you when you say that eye color lightening is based on genetics. Natural eye color yes. because dna does determine melanin and melanin does determine skin, eye, and hair color. but the method that I am using as many others DECREASES melanin in the eyes. having them lighten to whatever color you choose. Granted it will take time but, it can and will happen.

Misunderstood me. I was not referring to lightening itself. This is in regards to the biliary iris.
You are aiming for 2 tones, that's much harder than solid colors. So keep that in mind, brown and blue? That's inherent bad genes ,brown colon ring against a true blue iris. The only way you can achieve that is if you are TWO TONED ALREADY whether you can see it or not as is.

Now since this is still hypothetical, Bleaching from brown to blue (cause no one has bothered to prove it), if you are bleaching a true solid brown iris, guess what? You will most likely get an end result of a solid color whether blue green, gray or gold. That's what I'm talking about. Two tones... Its like trying to create specks in your iris by bleaching, shakes head... you already have to have them.

Hypothetically speaking here again, would you be happy going from solid brown to solid blue or must you have two toned?
You cant bleach part of a true solid brown iris...

I've noticed a lot of your responses to peoples post are quite rude. But I do see your point. But you also do not know if that's a 100% fact. but we will see.

They may come across that way because the ignorance is incredible. I mean if you want something that bad, research the hell out of it instead of blissfully dreaming for results that may or may not yield and getting offended of someone else's valid opinion.

It also bothers me of the ENTITLEMENT we as human beings have, you know: to be something we aren't or might not be. I even had to check myself of this.
I felt entitled to have something I did not (so I thought at the time anyway) and I say "thought" because I didn't realize I DID infact have my mother's iris color! But I also had her bad genetics which is humbling. But my genetic color was just sitting under a nasty layer of toxins. ANd still is (Im working on it.)
And believe it or not, many of you have eyes different than what they appear. Blue is actually just as common as brown, believe it or not. But the fact of the matter is, you are going about it in a vain, wrong way. Also, with eyes, you can't force things the exact way you want it. I realized when I checked myself of this vain entitlement, that not only do I NOT want to be this way (entitled), I was doing things the wrong way, meaning, I needed to prioritize my health more than anything and drop this silly ass thing. But once I did, I was able to open myself up more to health benefiting ideas/challenges.

So, didn't think much of it (this honey thing) for a couple of months, not until I saw Kristina's video on how her eyes (like mine before going 80-10-10) had changed colors over the years.

So, the hunch that my eyes were not genetically honey brown came nudging at me again. I began studying the iridology claims. I learned alot about my genetic type. Seeing how my mother's changed from blue to acidic green over last ten years had basically told me that there is indeed truth to all of this health and iridology. Its been around for a long time.

I put cleaner eating to the test these past 9 months and my eyes were changing color. I have more green eyes now than honey. Funny, I have always adored and ideally thought I would love to have sea green eyes, until I realized with iridology, its indeed unhealthy. I have them now with a little brown ring around the pupil and I don't like them because I know its not my true iris color.

I really think if you guys took this health seriously, you'd find that, that is TRUE BEAUTY! Health=Beauty.

That's alot of you here, not all of you, just alot of you. Its like you know something is wrong and you are trying to fix it, but you don't know how. That's how I felt about my eyes (among many other things). "why are they so dull and murky?" "Floaters?"

Also, some of you might be compensating for other areas you are not happy with. Like, beautiful light eyes will take away from my nose or lips or forehead or whatever. That's understandable.

I felt the same way about my broad ass shoulders. If I can just grow my breasts bigger, they'll take away from them, etc. that sort of thing.

But when it comes to diet (clean eating), alot of these imbalances will become balanced. Like a wide nose can be thinner from eating non inflammatory foods and having hormonal balance and so can swollen ankles, arms, feet. Eat mineral rich foods and the swelling can cease. So many things we don't even realize contribute to our gnarly imperfections.

But many of us are compensating with gaining something we may or may not truly possess (genetic sense) to take away from our imperfections or what we feel is "wrong" with us. To be honest, its much EASIER to change your diet to clean and become the perfect/best/most beautiful versions of yourself rather than totally try and change something to be completely different than what it was/is. Some of us are happy with what we have but want to "Stand out" or strive for perfection (to each their own). Maybe some of you are just bored and want to see if it works, but lets face it, its a lot of effort to do this method to just claim "I want to see if it works, that's all."

At the end of the day, its your body, do what you want with it but assume all responsibility and do your own research as much as possible.

I wouldn't heat the honey at all. It may take a little longer for it to dissolve but don't heat it.
