Cycle 10 is now done.

I am entering cycle 11 barely started menses today which is 2 days late. I don't know why considering I am not taking anything different other than flax milk. So maybe this is it.

Flax oil is supposed raise shbg. I hope this is happening but also, I have noticed more acne on the face(forehead and chin). No change in size to date. A little swelling and itchy nipples.

Cycle 11 and I noticed not a whole lot of luteal phase swelling . seems to be the last day of menses.

I have also noticed: my left breast may be catching up. I still look like a full B cup no other changes. But I am also not taking anything internally.

I have decided to get my hormone panel done, probably end of next month So I can decide where I am at on the bar and then devise a new program.


I am not taking aminos, I had stayed away from red meat for 21 days! Less acne but still a few breakouts and change to drinking flax milk.
Been juicing more and my new measurements to date are:

34" Bust
24 waist
34.75" Hips

I see that you are also focusing on your acne. I do not know if you would be up for it, but you could try taking some Pantothenic Acid: Vitamin B-5. Although Black Soap and Shea Butter did an amazing job with my acne and scars, my acne kept coming back (my guess was that it was hormonally caused). Shortly after adding Vitamin B-5 into my regimen (I take 2 a day of this ones) I noticed a noticeable improvement on my face. Ridiculous improvement. I have heard that it is better when you take a Vitamin B complex along with this because that way you take all the Vitamin B's but I am just taking the Pantothenic Acid and still cannot believe that vitamin was the answer to my problems.

Also, are you using topical PM still continuously?

Thanks for the tip Rosance! I am low on B vitamins and I know this is part of my problem so I will figure out a delicious way to get B5 in my diet and prob the others as well.

I guess its time for an UPDATE (cycle 11):

Haven't been on here much lately as I am focused all over the place.

As far as the topical PM, I stopped it this cycle sometime after my menses and this time I am really sensitive to the progesterone peak. It is a different type of swelling like I could possibly be growing but I have no idea until it passes.

I also noticed almost immense itching around the nipples and slightly darker nipples. I have been drinking the flax milk and eating decently.

I am now pretty achy and I am liking the fact my full B cups have returned and not dissapeared from stopping the topical PM or pumping(few months now).

I also noticed less of the uneveness I had on the left breast. Its still smaller but not so obvious any more. The bottoms could sure start filling out but not sure if it will ever happen.


No supps
No topical PM/PC
No BC
No Pumping


I just want to be healthy. If I sprout more, that would be a nice surprise.
I am not giving up on NBE but I am def taking a break and going for some tests again.

I think it will be far more of an exciting journey once I find out what I am lacking, not to mention lesss ssstressful!Big Grin

You know what ... I have been eating 2 cloves of garlic every evening to fight acne and improve my immune system (and kill yeast) and I haven't had a single pimple since I started about 2 weeks ago. The first evening I ate it I saw a difference the next morning how much better my skin was. I have been doing this for 2 weeks and I had NO pimple just before my menstruation like I always do. This really is some powerful stuff. Of course everyone is different but I have been looking for an acne cure for such a long time and I hope this is my fix. I just wanted to share it with you since it is very easy to try out and garlic has many other health benefits =)

Now that you mention it, I have been eating a lot of sulfur foods, garlic and onions every day almost. I love the stuff!

I eat a lot of squash and beans and back to some red meat. I love my meat.

I think this garlic/onions combo curbs my craving for sugar. I still have a little acne but I think Its related to a toxin problem from a food poisoning years back. So I know I will have to do more work here.

I also noticed that my aches calm when I drink flax milk. I think I will stop flax milk till I get my period (experiment).

On a side note: I forgot to report that I have a longer libido spike for the past two months. Feeling rather normal.

today I am hard swollen, typical luteal phase. Its bloating and different than yesterday. I dont like this kind of swelling. This I know will dissapear by the time Fol phase happens.

Planning on doing saliva hormone panel and checking my pituitary,parathyroid function.

I am thinking of a new program of either doing BO,PM or Both.
I know its unheard of but depending on my tests, if there is a need for both, I will most likely cycle them PM in Fol. and BO on Lut. phase.
