I massage first, drink some water to help with swelling, then pump until the top of my breast starts to touch the top of the cup. Then I detach the hose and push in the green airlock. All you have to do is push it in, you don't have to twist it. I repeat on the other side. I leave them like that for 7 minutes, then I release the air, remove the cups, and massage for a bit before repeating. I try to do that for an hour or so. It's improved the shape and size of my breasts, for sure! Looking forward to the day when I can fill the cups.
WOW sounds cool! Lots of work... I'm afraid to try cups seems painful!
It's definitely uncomfortable, and you can really hurt yourself if you're not careful! I still do from time-to-time because I'm intense and dumb, lol. Just have to go slow and be mindful of what you're doing.

Thanks for that hun :-). I just need to get used to the pumping and not be scared of it lol! I'm going to spend an hour tonight experimenting with the cups and try the method you use. I don't seem to be a larger measurement than 33 inches but I really think the pumping will help that along :-). I also wonder if I should add something else into my regimen such as pc but its hard to know when I haven't tested my hormones. Also when I was on the POP pill I lost all my growth and other people have had great success with that and PM. That makes me think I don't need anymore progesterone as I have enough already but I might be wrong. It's all trial and error in this game!
You're welcome! Over time, your swelling will increase. Good luck figuring things out!
Thank you :-). It is a thrill when I see them swell in the cup to 35 inches and I just they would stay like that haha. xx

I push the green airlocks in but they are made of flimsy plastic and they do not make the cup air tight so the pressure just releases as soon as I take the pump off. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't really want to sit with my fingers over the air locks to keep them secure but that's the only thing I can do as they don't work properly.

Do you have a good seal against your breasts? If the cup is sealed to your breast tightly enough, it shouldn't be a problem. The airlocks work great on mine; sometimes TOO well and I have to push the cups off by the rims because even pulling the green things out doesn't release the air.

Hey hun yes I have a great seal. Unfortunately I only have the green things I don't have the pink airlocks that you are talking about that should be attached to the inside to the green thing. They are in the box but are impossible to reattach to the green thing. I've just been using industrial tape over the green thing to get an airlock but it isn't very effective as I lose air when I am applying it. Otherwise I could keep my fingers over the green thing but then it means I can't do anything else whilst pumping apart from sit with my fingers on my cups. Not sure what else I could do really apart from order cups that have the pink thing on the inside.

Ohhhh my goodness! The pink part isn't attached? Bummer! Well you CAN attach them (I've done it more than once, and I know peggy's done it, too, because they can pop out). It's a pain, but it's possible.

OK hun I will just persevere with them. I don't have much patience so that probably doesn't help lol!

I seem to only have one of the pink bits. I think the other has been lost in my room as they are so small and I have been vacuuming the house so I don't think I am going to find it again. I tried reattaching it for half and hour but then gave up :-(. I think I might look into other breast enlargement cup and pumps as I don't really want to order another pair then the pink bit comes off and I won't be able to reattach it again.

Just checked the price of the noogleberry and that costs $200. Wow I think I will just order the kangzhu cups again and hope the pink bit is attached! In the meanwhile I'll make do with I have and tape over the green bit to hold the suction :-). The things we end up doing during the NBE process lol!

So I have just received my ainterol order and I am going to start on 500mg per day. I still have some Siriporn left but I want to see how I react to Ainterol and then I can change back if need be. I seem to have stalled in my growth with Siriporn hence the reason why I want to try out ainterol. I have been trying to use my kangzhu cups but since I have to put my fingers over the green bit to stop air leaking out it makes things pretty difficult. Especially since I can't do anything else since my hands are occupied whilst holding my cups in place. Waiting on new cups coming which should be a few weeks. I also spoke to my partner about the cups and why I am using them as he saw one in my wardrobe and wondered what the heck it was! He doesn't see why I want them bigger as he likes them the way they are but he was understanding of why I want to do it (to feel more confident in bikinis and not look/feel flat when I wear a bra with no padding). He is an engineer so he is going to have a look at the cups and see if he can make an airtight seal for me somehow to put over the cup when I have pumped. I will upload a pic later today to see how I am progressing as I know sometimes the measuring tape doesn't move but the breasts can still look fuller and improved regardless.
