I'm so sorry to hear about your supervisor. I know first-hand what that's like, because I've had several like that. Maybe it's time to take a look around to see what else might be available to you.

Because of where it's at I don't even have to be put under. Theyre just going to numb me and glue me up after. No stitches! He's also going along my aeroela (also I might add it's really awkward when the doctor is trying to explain his plan and your nipple keeps getting harder and harder because you're cold) which means scarring will be minimal. Yay! I go in on July 3rd.
