Hi all,

I've been trying to follow Chiyomilk's program for the past two months and I would like to get feedback on how I can do better.

I've been taking Siriporn PM. I take 1 pill at night from day 1 to day 5 and 2 pills (one in the morning and one before going to bed from day 6 to day 12).

Below is the list of supplements I take:

Morning: 1,000mg MSM capsule, 100mg Hyaluronic Acid capsule, Maruman placenta pills, Calcium 600mg tablet

Before going to bed: 1,000mg MSM capsule, 100mg Hyaluronic Acid capsule, Maruman placenta pills, Calcium 600mg tablet

I haven't experienced any growth but I do feel pain in my breast-area from around day 14~16 until a few days before my period starts (my cycle is longer than other people's; it's usually around 35~36 days). I always had that firmness and pain in the chest area a few days before getting my period, but after taking PM the duration of pain in the breast area is much longer and I think the pain is also more intense. (It goes away when I get my period.) Is this a good sign?

I have a few more questions:

1) Maruman placenta is really expensive... Is it okay if I take it out of my program? I have no idea what taking placenta pills is doing for breast growth either... Does anyone know?

2) I saw some people talking about some growth factors (IGF-I?) and goat's rue. Should I add IGF-I and Goat's Rue to my program? What else should I add? (Hey GorgeousBlonde, I saw on your program page all the supplements you are taking. It's amazing how you can take all those every day... Unfortunately I don't think I can take all those consistently. What are the essential, crucial things I should take??)
Also, as for IGF-I and Goat's Rue, do I take these without cycling? (Aaaaaaa so complicated...)

3) I take PM from day 1 to day 12 but I feel like I should do something that can help my breast growth when I am not taking PM. I know Chiyomilk took B-Up drops, which contains weak phytoestrogens. Should I take weak phytoestrogen as well? B-Up drops are expensive... also they have to be shipped from Japan. Any suggestions for alternatives?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

This is the second-third post I've seen concerning Siriporn not working. I don't think it's the pills itself because your breasts are definitely being affected, I just think the two pills a day isn't a strong enough dosage. Why not try for three when your estrogen levels are at their highest?

To be honest, all of these extra supplements you're taking aren't vital for breast growth. They help, but they're not necessary. You can drop Maruman! Tongue

The phytoestrogens Chiyo took in the luteal phase are also optional. You don't have to buy bust-up, bust-up is just a compilation of phytoestrogenic herbs you can easily buy yourself. But because in the luteal phase, progesterone naturally rises, I recommend you work on boosting progesterone. You can use herbs like fenugreek which rise your prolactin and progesterone (it is phytoestrogenic too, but no worries) levels. Vitex/Chasteberry is a great herb for this! Wild Yam is usually touted as the progesterone herb since it contains a compound that can be used to synthesize progesterone. However, that means nothing to your body since it can't actually synthesize progesterone from wild yam.

Worry not, my dear! Wink

Thank you Ladyflash for your reply!
I also thought the dosage of PM I've been taking may have been too low. I've seen some people take so much more than that. Each pill of Siriporn is 100mg and I take one in the morning and one at night. How many should I take instead? Two pills each time?

I will look into getting Fenugreek and Wild Yam. So would my program be like:
day 1 to day 12: PM
day 13 until right before period starts: Fenugreek and Vitex (perhaps also add Wild Yam?)

Does that look okay?

It not a question of Siriporn pills not working. It is more a question of can you read and write. On their bottle they make no recommendations for breast enhancement..........da da...Do you know what that means?

They are not promoting breast enhancement with capsules. Although they are potent that in and of itself is not enough. You have to take double or triple that. Better yet buy a product that promotes breast enhancement lke ro-bust, or the hyaluronic gels are nice and cheap and work well. I got 2 months out of a 2oz bottle. That's 21.00/ month. I contacted them and asked them about efficacy...they told me pueraracare-b had the most extract and then the hyaluronic moisturizers and then ro-bust. I was told the hyaluronic moisturizers may work the best because they go the deepest into the skin

good luck!

I think Chiyomilk drank pig placenta drink every day, but I have been taking pig placenta pills. I guess the idea could be gross but she probably included it for a reason. But I think I will take it out of my program since it's almost $45 per month and the shipping cost is also substantial.

That is more for skin condition than breast size isn't it?

She is just as obsessed with her skin as her boobs.
