LESS butter?
I think you just said you're my enemy! ;-)

And for those who love bacon...? (Looking at you, Katana!)

The idea is growing on me, I have to admit. Better than chocolate and crisps, it's chocolate on crispy bacon. :-D

When did I say I like bacon? I honestly can't remember telling people that.
Wow chocolate on bacon. Too bad I'm not having bacon for ages

I know it's been said, but if bacon counted as a vegetable, I could consider vegetarianism. Hehehe. Actually, I rarely eat it and even more rarely by just plain bacon, but I will say that at a fancy party, I ate chocolate covered bacon. It was vair yummy!

Hmmm, must've conflated Ham and Bacon.
Both white meats, actually. (Humans are white meat, BTW... think about that!) Tongue

Anyway, I'll see about reading for comprehension today.

Breakfast: Bowl of shredded wheat or two slices of dry brown toast, 1 piece of fruit (apple, banana, handful of grapes etc)
Midday meal: Salad
4pm: Fruit salad
Dinner: 1 roasted chicken breast or portion of fish with veg and sweet potato

That's not every day, just a preliminary example.

this is a great diet!! I am really happy for you and your honey-- read that he came back with veggies! that is great! I looooove avocados! they are super good for you and great to add curves, just be careful how many you eat because you can gain from them ^^

losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise! I firmly believe that. I've seen it-- but if you want to gain muscle you'll have to give more than 100% Wink

dont forget to work on your chest calisthenics, you want to keep the girls "up" there ;D lol

Thanks missB!
I won't forget. I want bigger boobs but don't want to end up like my friend who has boobs hanging way down her torso.
I can't wait to be able to afford some weights to exercise with. Am making do using household objects for now

Katana,
"A pint's a pound, the world around."
Pint of water = 1 pound of weight.
gallon jug = 8 pints = 8 pounds. ;-)

And you can do deadlifts and squats with a keg.
Plus a steel beam across the back, two buckets = squats. :-)
And you can do goblet squats with any mix of items - 1 or 2 gallons, a belt holding multiple containers, buckets of liquid, etc.

Get a large water bottle, fill it up, you've got weight.
Plus you can still do calisthenics. Though you've got an advantage there, I'm already "huge" because I'm male. You're not drowning in muscle mass! :-)
