Hi! - New here.

2000-2500 mg is enough FG to slowly do a little bit. You could take way more and get way more results a lot faster. There are 3 possible things to stop you from going straight to 25,000 mg:
(1) If you're hypoglycemic it could make you faint or dizzy from low blood sugar, but a little sugar will fix that. If you don't feel faint or dizzy then don't worry about it. This can hit at as low as 3,000 mg for those it affects, or never.
(2) An upset stomach or diarrhea. Could happen at anywhere from 3,000 mg to 10,000 mg depending on how sensitive your stomach is. To avoid this you can get a 50% saponin FG extract (which is roughly 30:1 I think, so 500 mg = 15,000 mg FG), soak whole FG seeds in water overnight, drain, rinse and eat, or make several cups of tea and discard the solids. An extract is easiest. Soaking seeds is the cheapest. Tea works with what you already have, just pull the capsules open.
(3) Excessive growth. You can grow so fast that you become so swollen and sore that it's difficult to function. This could happen from both responding well to FG and increasing the amount too quickly all at once.
Try increasing only a little bit at a time. If you feel fine, increase more.

WY is similar to FG. As a guess I'd add up the amounts of both and pretend it's all one thing, though they're not exactly the same. RC is a safe bet until you get your hormones tested or until you get some PC. PM is far more effective than RC, but if you don't have enough progesterone it could do more harm than good.
