Here is my complete program:
Massage:
-150 circular rubs with my flax seed oil mix, twice daily
- Japanese massage which I posted in my previous message, twice daily
Takes 12-15 minutes morning + evening
Exercise:
- Dumbbell fly: 3 sets, 13 reps
- Chest press: 3 sets, 13 reps
- Wall push ups: 3 sets, 14 reps
5-6x per week
Supplements (not only for BE):
- MSM 3000 mg + Vit C per day
- Black seed oil (1 tsp) per day
- Chlorella (3-4 g) 5-6x per week
- Various vitamins and minerals like b-vitamins, iron, zinc, biotin etc. which I take on and off since years for overall health and not for BE
Diet:
- Vegan diet since more than 2 years with lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes like lentils and chick peas, healthy fats like avocados, coconut and olive oil, additional protein (rice protein shakes, pea protein in bread...)
- I drink at least 2-3 liters of water + 1 cup of home made Kombucha per day
