Thanks for the information about the food.
I'm under 18 and defo don't want to try the herbs because I'm scared I'll end up with a failing endocrine system. I started puberty at 8 and got depressed when I was 11 and I think that stopped me developing as much as I could of or should I say as much as I would've liked to. I grew a bit with rockmelon and massage though but then I changed it up thinking I was doing the massage wrongs when actually I was doing it right all along. Hopefully it works! *Crosses fingers*
