Here is more evidence that pressure you pump at has everything to do with success (and especially lack thereof).

15 to 25 mm Hg is Khouri's recommended safe limits.

hi ella i couldn't get there either till i got rid of the period ...btw, periods are like good adults with bad inner children inside them ..hahaha ..i have no idea what that means ..so early here in america ..not fully awake
