Your cups are too small for you?? I started noogleberry when I was measuring 34", and I bought the medium system. Luckily for me, I also bought the large cups and the new contoured large. I only used the medium for about 2 weeks, and moved to the larger L cups as the diameter of my breasts is wider than the medium cups. I didn't totally filled it up to the top, maybe 1/2" to go before my nips reached the top. I was not getting any swelling with the medium cups, but it did give the upward growth, somewhat.
