I am taking Siriporn; I actually just read through an old post of yours and saw you mention the higher potency of Siriporn PM, so I think I'll reduce intake to half for this next cycle.
On a brighter note, I got my period today!!! Super pleased and ready to start PM again but I'm tweaking my program again.
New Program:
Follicular Phase (Days 1-12-ish):
- PM, 100g x twice a day from days 1 to 6, will increase by one 100g pill from days 7 to 9, then increase by another one 100g on days 10 to 12.
- Calcium and Vitamin D
- MSM
- Vitamin C
- Spirulina
- Kelp
- Complete EFA (flax oil, fish oil, borage oil)
- Meiji Collagen
- Maca (500 x 3)
- Will add Goat's Rue tea soon
During the Follicular Phase, I will also be massaging with:
- the leftover Ro-bust cream with fenugreek extract until it runs out, then I'll start with Booby Batter
**Days 13 and 14, I will take only my vitamins and supplements and continue massaging with Booby Batter
Luteal Phase (Days 15 - 30-ish)
- Vitamin E
- Calcium and Vitamin D
- MSM
- Vitamin C
- Spirulina
- Kelp
- Complete EFA (flax oil, fish oil, borage oil)
- Meiji Collagen
- Maca (500g, once a day)
- Drink 2-3 cups of fennel tea
During the Luteal Phase, I'll be massaging with:
- Boobie Batter (Fenugreek, Olive Oil, EFA Oils)
- and using Progesterone Cream twice a week
During this time, I'll also be using a Maca + castor oil on my butt to see if that has any effect. I figure if I'm going to go to bed with stinky boobs, I might as well try for a rounder butt too
