crabcakes22 and GorgeousBlonde,
Firstly, note that potassium sorbate can cause irritation of your skin so be careful, maybe try a few spray on your arm or something and see how you feel before applying the IGF-1 to your breasts.
There is a possibility of making an IGF-1/PM spray however!

If you clicked the link above, you would notice there is no artificial preservatives, the most toxic thing in there would be isopropyl which would be hard to remove without potentially denaturing the other contents. However you could remove the water from it using the next technique if you have something to combine it with that will aid absorption.
However, if you want to do it with the water based FOODS IGF-1 spray you could do this:
If you want to combine the IGF-1 spray with another spray there is a technique you could use to concentrate the IGF-1 spray so it can be mixed with something else.
you can use magnesium sulfate (epsom salts) or any other dessicant. it might take a while but this is how you would concentrate it.
Firstly, the dessicant cannot touch the liquid, so make sure whatever you are using to contain the dessicant is water-proof.
Basically, find a way to suspend a dessicant (in paper would be best) above the IGF-1 solution. the dessicant will absorb water vapor. It may be slow but by replacing the dessicant every day or two it should absorb a significant amount of water. Be sure that the cap is closed - by leaving the spray exposed to the air you will lose some of the contents.
