Hey!
My noogleberry is shipped, I paid for the tracking so I'm hoping my package will come on Friday or the beginning of next week. Pumping with the large contoured is hopeless now, my swelling goes away within a day
I'm very tempted to purchase PM to cycle..

Are you filling out the large contoured ones (if you have them)?

I can still wear them but I feel as though my swelling doesn't last as long like it used to, my breasts fills out the cups quickly and presses on the walls which get unbearable at times. Which is why I bought the XL.
Btw my XL's came in today!

Just pumped my left breast for an hour and I must say, I LOVE IT! My breast was not pressed against the cup where it became uncomfortable, there was a tugging sensation obviously but it was never to the point where it dug into my skin. I think using a small cup I grew out of was the main issue why I probably wasn't maintaining my swelling. Going to pump the other side now, let's see how that'll go!

Suggest you try pumping alternately each side 15 minutes instead of one side for a whole hour, same total pumping time. See if you like it better. Also are you using an oil for lubricant so your breasts slide easily into the cups?

Hi James,
When I pump for an hour, I release the air every 10-15 minutes, take a 3-4 minute break, then start pump again. For Lubricant, I use coconut oil.

Good, my primary concern was holding too long. But I was just thinking that by switching to the other side, you would not have to wait with the 3-4 minute break.
