I'm testing to see if the spearmint is working for me by not shaving my legs for a bit (thank goodness it's still cold here and I can still cover them up with tights, leggings, and nylons!). The hair does seem to be growing back slower!
Does anyone know what exactly evening primrose oil does? The research on it seems to be conflicting. Or maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places.
SEXY SEXY!!!!!
I agree, found such conflicting info on EPO, it appears based on what I have been told it has estrogenic properties but mostly balancing properties. I read one article where a women who was estro dominant and EPO added to her estro load but for the most part they say it balances you out?? Ultimately is GLA Omega 6 fatty acid

Health Information
Evening Primrose Oil is the oil from the seed of the plant known as Evening Primrose. The oil contains high amounts of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an Essential Fatty Acid in the Omega-6 family of oil, with anti-inflammatory properties. The body converts the GLA in Evening Primrose Oil into prostaglandins, substances that function like hormones and help to regulate body processes. Most of the beneficial actions of Evening Primrose Oil are believed to be attributable to its GLA content.
Evening Primrose Oil is well known for use in the treatment of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). Many women that suffer from PMS have low levels of GLA, which is why Evening Primrose Oil supplements may help to alleviate symptoms of the condition.

Also beneficial in symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes. Evening Primrose Oil helps ease rheumatoid arthritis pain and lessens the inflammation of acne and other skin conditions.
