Hi Susan,
If 3 PM doesn't give you headaches, just follow the chart. What I meant is that timing what you take at the best time of the day can help.
Like this: PM makes estrogen out of DHEA, so you run out of DHEA. Take maca 2 hours after PM to fill up. But PM and maca will make you estrogen dominant, so take FG after or with maca for more progesterone. Shift the timing until it feels right.
Manage all your hormones and there's no limit to the woman you can become. Sometimes I think the poor men are just scared
I eat ham, eggs, cheese and cream cheese and cottage cheese, honey, lettuce, and the microwave apple thingy. I'm waiting for lled34aa and GorgeousBlonde's experience with fish oil.
A TS is a transsexual, who wants to fully transition, including surgery. A transgender (TG) wants body modifications (breasts, butt, waist, hair) without hating the original genitals. Sometimes TG is used in a more general sense, to include TS, TG, and transvestites (TV).
The text about the cream is not really worth translating. It's hops and placenta "from an animal source". It doesn't say if it's lamb or pig. It's affordable: € 16.50 for 125 ml (4 oz.). I've been thinking about getting it. You'll be the first to know if it's good. It's intended for women, but a lot of trannies use it.
