Haha I'm far from a naturalist in any form. I am honestly not sure. I had been a 34B for like... 5-6? years when I started NBE so it really could've been taken at any point in that time. I always kept my look fairly consistent in that I never keep it consistent and jump back and forth in similar things. It could've been either 2 years or 4 years. I don't think it was before that but honestly it could've been as long ago as 6 years at this point. I'm trying to go by my bangs alone and assuming it was cut super short, but I always had side bangs and if my hair was pulled back cause the rest was curly it could've been any time in the last like 5-7 years.

This mornings swelling was up to 39" in my bust. It took me about 6 days to get an inch of swelling, or any swelling(most of it was just plump fullness returning to my breasts), but I'm happy and I"m gonna keep it up as best I can. My right boob is giving me problems as far as symmetry which I actually find kinda funny cause the first time I did this it was the opposite, so I'm only focusing on my right breast for the next like, week(probably more like 2 days). I don't know if that's a bad idea, but I don't know if I care much because I want my boobs to be as symmetrical as possible. Especially with my goal of 42".

I'm gonna run out of Fenugreek probs tomorrow, perhaps the next day, so once I do I will use PM powder until my Fenugreek from Puritans Pride comes in as a substitute. Hopefully it doesn't screw me over as far as growth goes.

I've been listening to Sapien Meds Pure Estrogen and NBE BBs for the past few days and I can't remember why I stopped. I'm definitely adding it in to my regimen again. About 3-6x a day for each video.

Isnt it funny how subliminals work. It makes you wonder how/what sounds they put in there that can trigger a reaction in your brain???...

I believe it though. When I was younger I listened to a lot of black Sabbaths deep and heavy music and it put me in a very dark place VERY dark! I had an "experience" of sorts while I was in that dark place which scared the life out of me and I stopped and threw the lot out! So I know it works !!! That's why I listen to upbeat music now and it really elevates you when you're feeling down

Sapien Med isn't actually hypnotherapy. Sapien Med and the RMR are actually Binural Beats. Binural Beats work by hitting certain frequencies, sometimes ones that we can't actually hear but our brain can, and then those frequencies tell our brains and trigger them to do certain things. For example(and this is hypothetical, I don't know exact frequencies or anything), 1440 mHz frequency might be a frequency that tells the brain to stimulate the parts of the body that have to do with hormones and make them work again like we are in puberty, and 1220 mHz frequency could be what stimulates cell division, and 2000 mHz frequency could be estrogen, so combined it might create bigger boobies. He really liked upbeat Green Day music and pop music, but if I put on death metal, or screamo(even happy songs about love) he would puff up and get angry for like, 3 hours even after it was done palying. If you tried to pet him, he'd try and bite you. It was awful. I never played music like that for him again.
