I stopped smoking and drinking for 4 months and now ive relapsed
will definitely try and stop both will i detox next week. ughhhh bad habits!

Hopefully it is okay in moderation! I almost never go more than one cup per day, and I skip some days if I am not tired. I really enjoy the taste of good coffee so I don't plan to give it up! It also helps wake me up if I am super tired.
