i'm swelling to around 34.25" after 14hrs of brava now. at week 1, i was swelling to around 33". so that's 1.25" difference in swelling. as far as how much i'm retaining by night time, i think it's only about an increase of 1".
i ordered collagen in powder form and will be adding that to my routine once that arrives.
i've been exercising pretty rigorously. this might be a reason why my growth as been slow with brava.
i've been taking maca for the last 3 days. today was my first day trying out a new PM cream i bought from ebay. it's home made all organic PM cream. it made me smell like candy, which i'm not crazy about. i did have some slight breast sensation today, so i don't know if it's from the cream or from maca.
for the past few days, i've been measuring around 33" before putting brava on at night. yay! they look a lot fuller and rounder
i've also been using PC cream for the past 5 days.
i'm holding off on taking PM pills for now until my period arrives. my cycle got messed up because i was sick for 2 weeks and didn't take PM during that time.
today when i went home from work, i measured 33". then i went to hot exercise class and sweat a ton for an hour. went home and measured and only got between 32.5" - 32.75". i think this is my real size since i can't imagine my boobs being able to retain swelling through tight sports bra + crazy intense workout + sweating my a waterfall for an hour.
i had a little bit of breast sensation again today. still not sure if it's the new PM cream from ebay, or the maca.
a few minor adjustments to my program:
- my gelatin powder arrived today so i'm going to take 2 tablespoons of gelatin a day.
- i plan on drinking more spearmint tea.
- 1 teaspoon of maca a day
- i'm temporarily switching from ro-bust lotion to the home made PM cream i got from ebay.
the PM cream from ebay makes me smell like something that's edible... i don't like it. plus it takes a long time to absorb so i feel a lot of it end up on my bra. i wont be repurchasing the cream, but i might buy the infusion PM from the same seller. i like the fact that it's all organic and she infused it herself so i don't have to worry about all the extra filler chemicals.
i'm going back and forth between that cream and ro-bust lotion. ro-bust lotion doesn't smell that pleasant, but at least it fades away fast. st. herb nano cream was the best smelling/best texture cream but it was also MUCH more expensive.
it's day 3 of my cycle. that explains why my boobs went down to between 32.75" - 33". i can't fill the brava domes as much as i could at the end of my cycle.
i added gelatin to my routine. it's been 3 days. so far i haven't experienced stomach pain like i did when i took Neocell collagen tablet.
i've been taking 1 teaspoon of maca for a week and a half. in the past, i've tried taking maca an handful of times and every time i would break out with pimples on my face within 3 days. this time is different. 10 days and my skin is still clear.
i don't know if it's a measuring error, but my butt measured .25" larger now than 10 days ago. i've been doing a lot of glute and legs exercises.
week 19 brava update:
i can swell over 34" pretty effortless now, but how much i'm retaining by the end of the day doesn't seem to be improving much. i'm at day 7th of my cycle and i'm hovering just below 33".
yesterday, day 7th of my cycle, i was experimenting with the different brands of PM (pills and cream). though my boobs felt like they were at their usual fullness by the end of the day, i didn't get any breast sensations.
today, i went back to my regular St. Herb pills and ro-bust lotion and i felt some breast sensations! BUT, my boobs felt a little less full than usual.
i thought the holy grail is to get to the point where you're feeling some breast sensation. i noticed that i get little growth spurts when i get breast sensation days in a row. but why would my breasts feel more deflated? come to think of it, my swelling this morning wasn't as large as usual either.
I am using the Biovea breast cream on one of my breasts and it's really working! My smaller breast is catching up with the larger breast. I feel pain in my breast after I massage it in before bed.
time for a photo update since there's definitely a noticeable difference. back in march, i was a solid AA cup. now i am barely an A or a solid A cup depending on the bra brand. my goal is to be a full A cup by the end of the year. as long as my progress stays the same, it should be do-able!
the one thing that can set me back is if i hit a plateau on growth with brava.
i just purchased Biovea PM cream based on GorgeousBlonde's positive experience. it's way cheaper than st. herb. i also just purchased the new serum from siriporn. i will no longer use the PM cream from ebay because my chest is breaking out from it. in the mean time while i wait for these new products, i'm using ro-bust lotion.
Hoorah much bigger boobies hun they've doubled!! I am using the Biovea PM cream too it's been almost 2 months now and I have firm boobs, I think it is a combination of that and the bust roller. My only issue with the PM cream is that the week of my period I get little raised blood blisters as the circulation in my boobs is high. So I may not use it then, but I notice that after I use the cream my boobs feel hot. So far it's a keeper. I may get the Biovea PM pills next.
