Lil update! Today I am measuring an extra 1/4 of an inch, So currently 41 1/4 inches at my bust! Which is definitely noticeable in my bras.
Some small changes to my program, I've been taking PABA for a few days 1000mg due to its ability to decrease the breakdown of estrogen in the body ie leaving more free estrogen to be used(our bodies can bind alot of hormones making some ineffective)
I've also been massaging 5 drops each of my 1:1 ratio(strongest) red clover tincture into my nipples/areolas nightly before bed (red clover induces progesterone and targets estrogen receptor alpha ie the growth receptor) on-top of my 10-15 min breast massage with my DIY herb infused oil that has a wide array of NBE beneficial/hormone beneficial essential oils which the ingredients list is in this thread, however I am making some small changes to this recipe soon for my next batch!(keep in mind I only use quality brands such as REVIVE, doTerra etc, cheaper brands are often filled with fillers and not pure)
I have ceased taking a tablespoon of coconut oil daily as I unfortunately have a very sensitive stomach so am one of those people that gets extreme cramps, bloating etc etc when I take it
plus it's like 500kj per tablespoon so will definitely add weight all over if not careful(might be beneficial for you if you are underweight)
So heres my program again in basic terms:
Morning:
1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule
1x 5000IU Vitamin D3 capsule
Midday:
2x 1000mg Fish oil (healthy fats)
4x 300mg Hops(estrogen)
3x 600mg Fennel daily(estrogen and prolactin)
1x 300mg TCM dong quai extract with oils added back in (equivalent to 3000mg material)
50 drops Red Clover tincture(estrogen and progesterone)
1x Sustained Release PABA 1000mg
Afternoon:
1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule
Night:
2x 1000mg Fish oil(healthy fats)
4x 300mg Hops(estrogen)
3x 600mg fennel(estrogen and prolactin)
75 drops Red Clover tincture(estrogen and progesterone)
Apply 5 drops red clover tincture on each nipple/areola massage in
Drink a tea of Dong Quai and Red Date most nights(red date/Jujube helps circulation and good for your blood)
Massage with herbal infused oil once a day or night
I'm currently trying to get my best friend onto a good regime similar, and on-to bio identical estrogen pellets and bio progesterone(both compounded not sold in a box etc) as she's only a short way into hrt and unfortunately her country kinda sucks for hrt doing only very basic and synthetic hrt ie pills, injections etc no progesterone, low levels and so on, we are trying to find her a better endocrinologist but in the meantime I'm hoping she takes some supps/herbs into account with her current hrt regime as they have all been so beneficial to me over the many years I've done NBE on and off
Hope everyone is excited for Christmas coming(I know it's still kinda early haha) it's going to be a VERY HOT Summer here which I'm both not looking forward to but also looking forward to getting to the beach with mum after I buy a new bikini!
