In my 2 month update, a few posts back, I said that I thought I was still a 32A even though I’m measuring at least 1” bigger around the bust. I’m not sure how much my bust measurement has actually increased because I think I was measuring incorrectly, or at least not making sure to measure exactly the same way every time. From now on I’ll try to measure only while standing up with good posture and use a mirror to make sure the tape is perfectly level.
Anyway, I ordered a 32B bra and it fits! I’m shocked. The bra isn’t gapping or collapsing at all, even when I lean forward. I’m tempted to buy another bra just to be sure. I’ve tried on a B cup bra before, during my earlier failed or abandoned NBE attempts, just to see if I was getting close to filling it out, and they always looked massive on me. They gapped so much they were totally unwearable. This the first time in my life I’ve ever fit into a B cup. I’m so stunned. I don’t actually think my breasts look bigger, but they must be.

Thanks Blue. I’m glad it’s working, but I think I need to rethink my program, because it might be time to admit that I’m probably never going to do long duration/low pressure pumping. I can’t fail at something I’m not trying to do. 3 hours a day of high pressure pumping is plenty. I need to commit to pumping 3 hours a day without any missed days and just completely stop trying to sleep while pumping. Trying to sleep while pumping just makes me throw the cups to the side and give up for the night, before even reaching the 3 hour mark. It makes me not even want to put the domes on at all, and sometimes I don’t. I skipped several days this week because I just couldn’t face the prospect of sleeping with the damn domes on. I also ordered 3 supplements. PM, PC, and Shatavari. They should show up in the next 2 or 3 days. I don’t want to try to follow an over complicated program this time. I slightly regret calling this an “Evebra program”, because it’s only 11 weeks in, and I’m already going back to my old routine of herbs and high pressure pumping. I’ll still be using the Evebra sometimes, but it’s such expensive overkill for this style of pumping. My goal from now on is to keep my routine simple and easy so I can keep following it on autopilot for at least whole year. BTW I might as well put my weekly update at the end of this post.
Week 11 average pumping per day: 2 hours

i totally understand. sleeping with this beast is difficult. i am doing it now, but just barely. i cant wait till I’m done at 4 or 6 months.
3 hours a day higher pressure may totally yield results, looks like it already has for you! so don’t despair.
if you end up wanting to sell your Evebra, you may do well on the used market. they arent shipping to Europe yet and there may be buyers there.

My Evebra journey is officially over. I regret putting it in the title. I’m definitely not done with my program, or pumping in general, but I’m selling my Evebra. Here’s a link to the Ebay listing:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/356301343962?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=ggSAu6akR_S&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ggSAu6akR_S&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Unfortunately I’m not going to ship internationally, because shipping electronics worth over a $1000 or so can be a major headache.

Good luck with the sale! That’s a good price and your skirts are in way better shape than mine!
I think the system is still really hard to use consistently and the 12 consecutive hour goal is super tough. Washing it, keeping your skin safe, keeping the hoses connected as the tubes get goo in them and need clamps, it is all super complex. Let alone figuring out how to reliably sleep well in it.
Hope ya start a new program thread for your lower hour higher pressure program. Keep on growing!

I can totally see how the 12 hours pumping might be extremely taxing/tedious, maybe you could try noogleberry(higher pressure less hours) or straight up skip pumping and do a herbal based or glandular based program with massage

Thank Busty. I’ve been doing high pressure pumping the whole time. The plan was to pump for only 8 hours, doing the first hour or 2 at a higher pressure to hopefully compensate for the lack of hours compared to what Evebra recommends. Most nights I gave up after the high pressure part. Now I’ve officially given up on trying to pump for 8 hours. For now I’m just trying to consistently pump at a higher pressure for 3, sometimes 4, hours a day.
