timarie's must-increase-my-bust program

Hi Sweet!

Sorry for the delayed response. I have been trying to change my own bust program to better suit my own needs, so I apologize.

As for me doing anything to overcome getting a larger bottom half: I like having a larger bottom half. It is a part of my identity, and I want to accentuate it, but make it the best it can be. I build up my glutes with weight lifting and a diet high in protein, but it sounds as though you want to minimize your pear shape. I am not the best person to talk to about hormones, honestly. Whenever I take any kind of hormone (except for Fenugreek for a short period of time, and my original swelling toward the beginning of my Chiyomilk program--to which I credit the pig placenta as a glandular therapy), I tend not to notice any difference! It's a darn shame really. But yeah, PM did not make my butt any bigger (at least, not that I noticed), and I am a pear. I am cycling low doses of PM. How much are you taking, what else are you taking with it, and what are you DOING with it? I would suggest applying PM cream topically to your breasts, that way you can specifically target the breasts. I would also suggest a lot of massage of the breasts or pumping (increasing the blood flow to your breasts, which results in more of the PM that you take orally going to your breasts instead of your butt). This is the advice I would give to target your breasts.

Now, if you want to minimize your butt, you could do a lot of toning exercises for you legs. You could do the same exercises that I do, but do very light weights (better to do none at all, actually, and just use your body weight) and high reps with low sets (3 sets, 12 reps) should do the trick. Also, keep away from excess saturated fats like butter and cheese and any kind of animal products really. I read somewhere that goes to the hips (plus, from experience I know first hand! haha. but this is why I like saturated fats Wink). You could do walking, jogging-- any kind of cardio that does not involve weights but involves using your leg muscles for long periods of time. I would recommend this the most, over everything I wrote above, to trim down your legs/butt.

You could also try to curb your diet for weight loss, as this would definitely cut down on the extra fat you have on your bottom end. See post #90 of this thread: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=14868&page=9 and #93. Hopefully you should be able to follow a healthy diet for weight loss and maybe even try some spot reduction for that area after reading those posts.

I hope that helps!! Maybe you should try something other than PM?

LMAO now it's really bad when I make a post and then see immediately after that someone gives a bad rating. Again, don't give a hoot about ratings (they should get rid of them anyway), but I cannot help but wonder what got up someone's butt about my post? If anyone disagrees with anything that I write in ANY of my posts, they are MORE THAN WELCOME to post their opinion! If you have something better to say, then please say it. I am learning just as anyone else is on this board and will admit to the things I am not-so-knowledgeable of but, if I do know something, darn right I'm going to share it. Other advice is always welcome. What I DON'T welcome is resentment while keeping one's opinions to themselves. That's also referred to as being a coward.

Ok, so a little update here...

I have been off for a while because, as I mentioned in my last post, I have been frustrated with purchasing pig placenta and, for what it costs, I could get a stronger form of glandular therapy for cheaper (BO). I was thinking of substituting that in for my pig placenta, but all the while my mind has been working on this one.... hangup.

My hangup (for a couple months now) has been the understanding of my body shape and type, and how I feel that, because I am genetically predispositioned for my muscles to devour any extra fat that is deposited on my body (because I am a mesomorph with high testosterone levels and a high metabolism-- I may have the fat for a short time, but it never lasts), and if it DOES last, it is because the fat has been placed in my lower body (anywhere from my hips on down), as my body wants to place that fat in my lower body since I am a pear, and that is where it stays. Basically, this is a formula made to result in zero boob growth via increasing mostly breast fat tissue. So, I figure I need to switch my focus to work WITH my body, not against it. After all, according to my blood tests, I have very normal levels for all of my hormones (except for high testosterone, but which still falls in the normal range), so what else could possibly be the issue? If I can work WITH my body type and shape--grow off of something that works with high testosterone and a high metabolism, in which I can KEEP the breast tissue-- that would be the route I need to take. I figured I might find that route that works best for my body type if I focused on something other than (obviously) just estrogen being the main catalyst (as it is in the Chiyomilk program-- and look at Chiyomilk's body type/shape!). PM might be something I just don't need, but more of a glandular therapy or something that adds prolactin (which is why I added Fenugreek a few months back--more on my FG experience below). I noticed that the smallest bit of effect I EVER noticed while on my program was right after I started taking pig placenta. The first shrinkage I experienced was when I started taking my PM for the first time. Because of this, I always felt the glandular therapy was good for me and perhaps extra estrogen levels were just... perhaps, not what I needed for my body to maintain growth in my breasts. At least, not that kind of estrogen with the combination of things I was taking. The estrogen levels I was taking were extremely low, too, to avoid safely going out of hormonal balance... but, these low levels were probably not strong enough to push past the "wall" that my body put up against the growth of my breast tissue-- if that makes any sense. I continued cycling, though, to give it a shot, and the swelling never came back. I did take a break two months ago (only for one cycle), and have since been using my noogleberry about every other night. I ran out of pig placenta about two weeks ago. I am back to square one as far as boobies go. I perfectly fit my 32B's again, and my 32C's have air gaps in them. Dodgy

So, with all this going on, I talked with Tibetan and she told me about how we have almost similar body types and, I was amazed at how she was able to have so much success given her body type and shape! And, low and behold, it was glandular therapy that worked so well for her. I mean, extremely well. Finally, my gut was proven right and this was an EASY decision to make now that I had proof of success. I was told, though, that upon picking up BO that it is so strong that I should really start off taking no other hormones, and quite frankly, I am excited to hear that. Simpler is ALWAYS better for me. And so, after a good week of having made up my mind and re-re-re-thinking the decision, I purchased Ultra Breast two nights ago and it was shipped out yesterday!! I am... nervous Blush but excited to try something that might work best for ME.

I will continue with the NB every night (at most skipping one to two nights out of the week) and will continue with MSM, both to help with circulation. I already consume no less than 150 grams of protein a day, usually I get about 175 grams of protein a day. I will be starting a high calorie, low glycemic index diet soon. I will continue to eat very healthy and lots of fiber (at least 65 grams a day). I have a lot of collagen left over from my current program, so I will just continue to take that until I run out. I will continue to put PM cream on my breasts and, when I run out of that, I will make my own PM topical with all the leftover PM pills that I have!!! I will be applying this every morning and night as it will be good for target therapy, so my PM won't get "thrown to the wolves" of my muscles and high metabolism (as I believe it does when it enters my body orally). I know that sounds silly, but I really feel like the low doses of PM I was taking was not making even a scratch against my metabolism...

So, here it is. My simple, simple, program (which I may add stuff to later, all depending on how my body reacts to this):

My Daily BO Program

• Three capsules of Ultra Breast (taken morning, noon, and night)
• Two MSM & Vitamin C Packets drink throughout the day
• Six collagen tablets 3,000mg (taken whenever throughout the day, if possible on an empty stomach) with Hyaluronic Acid Capsules OR one packet of Asahi Collagen Jelly 2,500mg with Hyaluronic Acid Capsules
• PM Breast Spray (morning) PM Breast Lotion (night)
• Snoogle 5-6 days out of the week

...and that's it! Keeping it simple will more likely result in me not getting overwhelmed. I will also be able to better monitor of what my body needs more (or less). I will be starting this program hopefully as soon as my UB pills come in the mail.

I am also keeping, of course, all the vitamins in my diet that I have been taking. Since they have changed slightly since the start of my current program (Chiyomilk), I will list the updated supplements below:

Interesting Experience with Fenugreek (as promised above I would mention):
I liked the Fenugreek, as I got an increased libido from it in the first two cycles. Unfortunately, the libido eventually went away, probably because my body adjusted very quickly. However, what I have to share is that it might possibly be eleviating me of my menstrual cramping! Yes, you read that right. For the past two cycles I have had ZERO cramps. Not even the little tiny ones. The last time I had my period without cramps was in my freshman year of college, over 10 years ago. So, this is BIG. My suspicion is that it might be the FG, but I cannot be for sure. To be honest, I began taking FG back in June, and my menses of July was when I took a break from PM. For my following menses (in August), I had no cramps. I assumed it was because I skipped the PM and my body, being used to the PM at this point, had a reverse reaction and cramped less than it ever did before I went on PM. But for sure, it would come back for the next menses, because I started up again on PM for my cycle in August. Come my menses in September, NO cramps. Say what? I'm, confused! Maybe my body is still used to the PM, even after just a one-cycle break, but even before the break I had been on PM for quite some time and my cramps were unbearable. No comparison. So I'm leaning towards the only other big change I've made since, which is the Fenugreek. When I start up my new BO program, I am going to hold off on the FG and see if my cramps come back. I will take a break of FG for three months and, if my cramps DO come back, I will re-introduce FG in very small amounts in my fourth cycle, and ramp it up from there until my cramps go away again. This is just too good of a discovery to pass up! I need to find out what is causing it!!!

Whoa! Very interesting theory you have...

And I just had to say you might be on to something too. As you might recall I started having REALLY bad cramping a while ago during the lowest part of my imitation cycle, aka, my sort-of-menses but-not-really. It was around the time that I started cycling FG that it became faaaaaar more bearable. I still cramp, but then I'm only taking 2 caps at that time.

So..... I'm NOT crazy! That's fantastic. And for once I can say that I actually observed a change in my body (I'm pretty numb overall with noticing changes in my body, unfortunately). We may be on to something, here. And, for this reason, I'm a little nervous to go off of it...

I wanted to update everyone about how I have been consistent with my upper body workouts for the past 9 weeks and, with it, have been working out my chest as a part of the routine. I have some definition now in my chest which has created what I like to call a "cleavage illusion." Attached are two photos showing how my pectoral muscles give an appearance of cleavage! You can also see it a little bit in post #83 of my curves thread... (although it is more difficult to see in that photo since I am further from the camera). I loooooove it!

EDIT: Although I am wearing a shirt, it is very thin and I am bra-less, so no support and you are seeing my boobs haven't gotten any bigger... au naturale there, so the cleavage is 100% muscle there. Photos taken August 25 after 8 weeks of upper-body workout routine. I apologize for the graininess.

Thanks Abi! Yeah I think it's pretty sweet! Here are the exercises I have been doing for the past two months to work on my pectoral muscles:

Chest Exercises (1x per week)
Wide Push Ups—body weight full pushup, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...-positions
Incline Chest Press—30 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...bell-press
Pectoral Flyes—35 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...bell-flyes
Decline Pectoral Flyes—35 lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps, 60 second breaks http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...bell-flyes

I would also recommend doing Narrow Push Ups http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...-positions if you're looking for another exercise to do without equipment. Wide push ups work the outer pecs, narrow push ups work the inner pecs, which is the part that makes me look like I have cleavage! But, any of the above exercises will add muscle mass to the pecs, which will raise the area to give contour. You can also do Incline Push Ups and Decline Push Ups with use of a small prop (Decline: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...ne-push-up and Incline: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/de...ne-push-up ) to work the upper and lower parts of the chest.

Let me know if anyone has questions about any of this!
