That's a new one! I really want to loose excess tummy fat. I do worry though, will the likes of cayenne in moderation and or blueberries affect breast fat though? NEED that fat DONT NEED tummy fat!
I found a cool dvd from the states that focus's on walking exercises that target the tummy/thighs and you can do it in your lounge!
ARe you aware of any tummy fat foods etc? I do have mixed organic berries most mornings for breakfast
Tummy foods, as in cutting fat?
We have white and brown adipose (fat) tissue, blueberries are high in fiber and cut the fat in the white tissue and helps with digestive function. White stores energy and brown is abundant in newborns and keeps em warm.

I could tell you more about foods then exercise lol, like a diet high in carbs i.e. sugar makes getting rid of belly fat the hardest of all to eliminate, ugh!
I love food and love hearing about food
You know I dropped 10kg post baby and it took 6 years to build myself back up again, and now that I have I just cannot shake the tummy fat!!! Since starting NBE I might add that its gotten a tad worse. I suspect the protein shakes :s What is really good though as we are now in autumn hopefully the supermarkets will stop selling my favourite organic ice cream lol - ergo no more sugar!!

He he (you think im kidding)....
But yes it was somewhat hairy but we were told to expect the worst so prepared as such, it hit the town 2 hours up from us the worst and we were spared aside from some horrendous wind
I think it pays to be prepared these days. Mother nature is an angry predictable beast as of late!

Yes she is, she will swallow you up like nothing. I've been in one in the South Pacific near Guam and a few hurricanes and a tornado or two and it was pretty hairy too.
Sorry, I'm slow sometimes
