I too think noogling would really help you out a lot
I used to look like a flat wall with two nipples but three months of noogling later i can actually fill my a-cup bras. I understand your concerns, i don't want anyone at home to see me noogling either. That's why i noogle when no one's home or when everyone's sleeping lol. To me it was really worth it cuz herbs did nothing. Now i just massage, noogle and take msm.

I don't really like going on the noogleberry forum, i think this forum provides more information and options. I must remind you that each body is different. That's why i don't like comparing people's results or proces with mine. I think it's important to be patient and start with little pressure and use the hold-release method. And drink lots of water!
I never measured my breasts and where i live we don't use inches.. but i did go from an AAA to an A cup.
