Back with an update.
I am technically done with my Evebra sessions. Right now I'm doing 1 week on my smaller breast (R side) only to try to get it more even with the slightly larger breast (L side). It has been over 24 hours since I stopped using Evebra on the L side and it's the same size.
I measured the circumference of each breast before starting the single dome session to monitor any shrinkage on one side and any growth on the other.
Here are my stats:
17 weeks of Evebra on both breasts
14 hours for each session
Initial pre session measurement: 29.5-30 in ATN (across the nipple)
Final post session measurement: 33.675 in ATN
So I gained about 3.5 to 4 additional inches. However, after my last session I did measure my underbust again and its at 28 inches now. It was 27 when I started and when I was about 6 weeks into the sessions, so I guess I was swelling a bit underneath my breast but it was too small to notice. My new bra size is the same so it doesn't matter. I haven't gained any weight since I started. I actually lost a few pounds - probably because I wasn't able to get up and snack as easily, lol.
I'll take measurements again in about a week then I guess monitor things each month to see if I retain the same size.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the outcome. I was hoping for more fullness (not necessarily projection/inches) esp. at the top part of my chest but, despite what Evebra says, it doesn't change the shape of your breast. At least, it didn't change mine. I'm still shallow on top but maybe not quite as shallow as before.
It would have been helpful to have more definite answers and coaching throughout because I'm sure I could have actually stopped at week 14 [I was prepared to do 16] but I didn't know if I had "plateaued" or not. Also, I did run across the issue of my breasts shrinking slightly when they told me I only had 4 more weeks to go. Not sure if this applies to anyone else but once you get close to the end and obviously have gained actual breast tissue instead of just fluid swelling, in order to keep the size (that does include a tiny bit of swelling), I had to wear the domes longer because I apparently didn't have enough residual swelling at the end of my 14 hour sessions to convert that small bit of swelling into tissue. Hope that makes sense.
I remember asking if we need to have continuously increasing swelling in order to keep growing tissue and the nurse seemed to indicate that as long as you have swelling, it doesn't matter how much you get. When I asked, I was sort of stuck at the same visual swelling size when previously I had been gaining .5 to .75 inch per week. In hindsight, I should have seen that it meant I had plateaued and I either needed longer sessions to continue (if I wanted to stay at a certain size or try to gain more) or else increased the pressure much higher than I had been - I definitely wasn't going to do that.
Anyway, I'm glad I'm through and I hope I don't shrink back down to my original size or too significantly. I'll update here if that happens. I wouldn't want anyone to waste money on something that doesn't give permanent results considering all the time put into using the device.
