Yay, I'm finally back! Man, I HATE moving! This was the THIRD time we've moved in less than ten months. Too crazy!!!
Well, I had stopped all my pills and protein drinks and NB for like three weeks in November-early December, during our move. I had shrunk back down to 34", which I had mentioned in my last post. I was somewhere between 34.25" and 34.5" before that. During my three week hiatus from my program, I lost most of the fullness and roundness I had before. My underboob area on my smaller right side pretty much disappeared. I could've cried, I was so crushed!
Before I stopped all my pills and stuff, I had pretty much figured that the Maca was counter-productive to the BB pills. If BB is trying to put your body into a second puberty, and Maca works to balance hormones, it makes sense that over time, Maca was balancing out the hormones BB was trying to give me. And any sensations I had were totally killed right after I added the SP. SOOO -- I personally feel that Maca and SP do NOT mix well with a BO program. And I feel that the SBT oil, and possibly the Maca, gave me a lot of the fullness I had; but that fullness went bye-bye when I stopped those supplements. So note to everyone, the fullness you get from SBT oil may only be temporary! Has anyone else noticed that they lost fullness when stopping it?
I started back up on my program in early December. But with only a few of what I consider to be "essential" supplements to help with my thyroid and adrenals. So for the past 5 weeks or so, my program looks like this:
Wake up:
- 1 BB capsule
At least one hour later, with food:
- 1 Protein drink
- 1 L-Tyrosine capsule
- 1 Raw Adrenal Glandular capsule
- 1 Iodoral tablet (iodine)
- 3 Spirulina tablets (phytonutrients and protein)
Sometime later in the day, in between meals:
- 1 Protein drink
With my last meal:
- 1 Raw Adrenal Glandular capsule
- 1 Iodoral tablet
- 3 Spirulina tablets
An hour before bedtime, I take my nighttime meds (Prilosec for reflux; allergy meds; and Melatonin to help me sleep)
At bedtime, at least one hour after taking my nighttime meds:
- 1 BB capsule
I am only taking these supplements because I need my temperature to be normal for this to work; and the L-Tyrosine and Raw Adrenal Glandulars have helped to keep my temp around 98.5 every day. The iodine is important for the thyroid gland, as well as breasts, in general; and it may contribute to temperature regulation as well; and I'm certain I was pretty deficient in it. After another month or so, I might try to scale back to just one Iodoral tablet per day. Also, I have not Noogled since mid-November. I don't have the time to devote to it now; and I was disappointed at the lack of results I got after two months of Noogling for at least one hour every day. Plus the red dots were getting frustrating. I have not been massaging at all either, or using my heat pad. And I am not doing any chest exercises anymore, because while it DOES seem to give me a little more fullness, I want to be sure that any new fullness I get is from the pills, and not from my muscles being exercised.
So, as a result of my new-and-hopefully-improved program from the past 5 weeks, I have been having pretty consistent deep, aching pains every day for the past four and a half weeks.
Pain level is moderate; kind of annoying at times, but not severe or anything like that. Usually it feels really deep inside, almost like it's coming from my back. Sometimes there's more sharp, pinchy types of feelings. They're not really sore to touch; but if they get bumped, it does hurt kinda bad, so I'm careful about that. And surprisingly enough, I get pains in my smaller right side more frequently than the left side. A few days ago, that right side was itching so bad! I am still measuring 34"; however, my breasts seem larger to me than they did back when I was measuring 34.5". I have regained ALL the fullness I lost, and then some. The most notable growth has been my upper breast area, and on the insides of my breasts (the "cleavage" area). When I look down, I am shocked at how large they appear now! When I look in the mirror straight-on, they look mostly the same. But when I look in the mirror diagonally/side view, they have a really nice filled-in slope from the top down to the nipple. The underboob area on my smaller right side that had totally vanished has filled back in to where it was before. And my nipples look "fatter." Not larger; just fatter, I don't know how else to describe it. I still go braless when I'm just at home, which is like 6 days out of the week, lol; and my breasts are poking out of my shirt more noticeably than they did even when I measured 34.5".
I find myself accidentally "bumping" into them more frequently with my arms, which is totally awesome.
I'm starting to feel a little more confident again! I'm still nowhere near close to filling out my A cup bra; but it's slowly getting better. Now that I'm seeing results again, I'm getting a more realistic picture of how long this will take before I reach my goal of 34C, if I ever get to that point. The growth is definitely there; it's just VEERRYY SLLOOOWWWW. But I'm in it for the long haul.
When my BB pills run out in a couple months, I will definitely be ordering another 9-month supply. Since I have a routine that's working now, I'm really not interested in switching to generic BO and potentially spending months "fine tuning it" to get to a dosage that works for me. I know I could post my testimonial and pictures on BB's site and get free pills - which I may decide to do - but I'm a little hesitant to do that. Maybe they'll give me some kind of discount if I submit a written testimonial only; or just for being a repeat customer. I'll have to check on that; but I definitely will be buying more of their pills!
I probably will not be adding any extra supplements to my program, like the collagen, MSM, GABA, Flaxseed Oil, SBT oil, or Vitamin E I was taking before. I think my body was too overloaded with supplements; and that it just couldn't absorb SOOO MUCH STUFF properly. So I'm just sticking with the few supplements that I think are really essential for this program to work. I make sure to take EVERY pill and protein drink, every day. So far, so good!!!
