Sorry ladies, I have been MIA for a few days!! I have some things to report.

I take a small amount of L-arginine orally in an amino acids stack described in detail above. Otherwise, I do not take any more than that. I think it is important to have a variety of amino acids than a large amount of just one. I applied it topically mixed with PC cream (both the exact same brands used by Alyssa or "ahla") for the last 2 weeks of my previous cycle. I only did it one month, because I did not notice any drastic increases or changes, but rather a decrease. Needless to say, I was not pleased. However, I have noticed more results this cycle, and I think it may be because the PC cream "recharged" my estrogen receptors. I only experienced loss while using PC cream, but I think it helped my next cycle. However, this was only one account, so I can't say that it will be the same for you. It won't hurt to try! NBE is all about trial and error in order to find what works for your body.

Now, my report for this month so far. Today, I am on Day 21. Normally, in my PM program, I would have had my period by now if not around today. So, it seems that my cycle has been lengthened! I want it to come in one week, because that would mean that my cycle is regulated! Hopefully this is the case. We'll see!

As for my breasts, I have felt so many aches, tingles, itches, etc. all month long. They also feel relatively full. I cannot wait to measure!!

I have been noogling more consistently, but I can only manage to get 4-5 days a week, but I think a couple days off helps sometimes. However, I have been doing 4-5 days a week for 1 month today, and I had that over-pumping experience a few weeks ago. Since then I have taken a more gradual approach, only doing 40 minutes to 2 hours a day. I am filling the cups more, and I see an improvement! My bikinis are filling out much more and my cleavage lines are getting a little more pronounced. They also sit on my chest differently.

I can't explain it, but there is something different about the appearance of my breasts. They sit on my chest perkier, higher, something. Just different. What a great difference it is, too!

I don't know what to credit it to, either. I changed my cycling plan, added new supplements, and changed my noogle technique. It could be any of it! Whatever it is, it seems to be working.

I feel like I am in a growth spurt, so next month, I am just going to cleanse during my period with milk thistle, and proceed with my PM cycle. This is such a fun process!

I forgot to mention that I am trying Dharma's Piston Pump Technique with NB (http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.p...507.0.html).

I really like it. I get awesome swelling and I don't over-pump with it.

UGH, I spoke too soon. AF arrived this morning, and it's very painful.

I am going to cleanse with milk thistle starting today through the end o my period, and I am going to try a new cycle method. I will take PM for 14 days after my period, then cycle with herbs. We shall see.....Dodgy

My bra size is a 34B/C (I'm a little unevenSad) and I wanted to inc my size (and hopefully even them out) but I dont have a lot to spend...I'm a college student on a budget lol, but I am taking flaxseed oil and massaging with fenugreek extract twice a day. I don't know why but I feel more and more self conscious about my boobs each day...I really want to try PM but I'm also on bc pills and i heard that the effectiveness of the pills may be lowered. I guess my main questions are:

Is it definitely ok to take bc and PM? (I dont need to be preggo right now lol)

Would PM, flaxseed oil, fenugreek extract, and the greenbush pills be enough?

Oh! Also, would it possibly even out my boobs? I'm a little worried about that too >.<

Hi Kira1117,

Yes it is possible to even out your breasts, just massage/"pay attention" to your smaller breast a little more. I really recommend that you read the forum regarding BC and PM, because I can not tell you whether it is okay or not, but can only tell you my experience. There are a lot of women on this forum who combine BC and PM, so I suggest that you use the search tool on the forum and search for women who have done this and *read* the threads. I can only tell you one experience, but reading the forum (and read and read and read some more) will give you a well-rounded understanding on the subject and will help you develop a program based on your wants, needs, and most importantly, your body. Everybody is different, and one thing that works for one person may not work for another, etc. I am a college student on a budget, as well, but you have to commit and dedicate yourself to this process, or it won't work. I cannot say whether that combination of supplements would be enough for you or not, but they have worked for me. Seriously, reading this forum thoroughly is the best thing I have ever done for NBE. Okay, so today is day 5 of cycle 9, so IT IS MEASURING DAYYY! yayyy! I have been waiting for this! Smile Still trying to break the addiction...

My measurements post cycle 8 are....

*Red is growth for the month, and purple is overall

Current Bust: 35.25" (+.75", +1.75")
Current Underbust: 28" (Same as before)
Current Overbust: 35" (+0.5)


Yay! I am solidly over 35", which feels good! This is also 14 hours after my last noogle, in which I usually swell up to about 36". Hopefully I can turn that into permanent growth soon.

My breasts definitely look much rounder, and I am developing a lot of underboob. I would like to focus more on my cleavage area, because the lack of cleavage makes them look so much smaller than they really are!! I am a full 32B now, and I would like to look like it. Although to some that may not seem big at all, this is quite an achievement after staring at a 32AA in the very beginning of my journey.

I am hoping to be 36" by the end of April, so I am debating on taking a full month off of PM or not...

I will continue with NB though.


I have been doing a milk thistle cleanse on my period right now, and I would like to just go into my routine again, but I think it may be wiser to take the whole month off and see how it affects my cycle. I want my cycling experiment to be as good as possible, so perhaps a cleanse is good....

Here I am talking in circles trying to convince myself to take a break when I really don't want to, but it seems necessary. Boo. I will continue to take all my other supplements on this month off, but will not take PM or my luteal phase herbs. Sad day.

Any input regarding this issue and the necessity of a break from PM is encouraged!!

The milk thistle cleanse has done wonderful things for my breakouts! My skin is looking amazing!!

You are going to be taking it for a whole month then?

I am also planning on doing that after my next PM cycle (it'll be my third cycle on it).

What brand of Milk Thistle are you using?

Oh, sorry! I meant that I will not be taking PM or my luteal phases herbs for one whole month, meaning a month long break that I am a little sad to be taking. haha

I am taking Nature's Bounty 1000 mg Milk Thistle, one pill twice a day. It says that it is 250 mg of milk thistle seed extract, which is equivalent to 1000 mg milk thistle. I am not sure what the difference there is, but it seems to be doing its job!

I am not sure if I should take it all month long, just do two weeks, or just do one week. I think I will do 2 weeks at a minimum, because one just doesn't seem that significant to me, but I could be wrong!

On the PM cycling though, I am trying experiment with my cycling style to see if I can achieve a regular cycle. I think I might take it for 2 weeks starting after my period next time around, because I seems as though I get my period about a week or so after I stop PM. This is strange to me, because from my research on this forum, we are supposed start our periods to weeks after we ovulate. PM is supposed to suppress ovulation, so this means that I am ovulating while taking PM. HMMM....

Wow, let's see how mine goes. On this last cycle, which is my second PM cycle, I took PM for 13 days (during my period). I usually get my periods between 27 and 29 of the month.

I am eager to see how your cycle goes! I really can't put up with Aunt Flow visiting every 2-2.5 weeks. A 21 day cycle is not a happy cycle!
