Sorry ladies, I have been MIA for a few days!! I have some things to report.
BelaBrasil,
I take a small amount of L-arginine orally in an amino acids stack described in detail above. Otherwise, I do not take any more than that. I think it is important to have a variety of amino acids than a large amount of just one. I applied it topically mixed with PC cream (both the exact same brands used by Alyssa or "ahla") for the last 2 weeks of my previous cycle. I only did it one month, because I did not notice any drastic increases or changes, but rather a decrease. Needless to say, I was not pleased. However, I have noticed more results this cycle, and I think it may be because the PC cream "recharged" my estrogen receptors. I only experienced loss while using PC cream, but I think it helped my next cycle. However, this was only one account, so I can't say that it will be the same for you. It won't hurt to try! NBE is all about trial and error in order to find what works for your body.

You are my savior!! I have been worried about what will happen when I run out of gHP sport, but thanks to you I no longer need to worry!! I am excited for you to try them. I can't wait to hear about your experience!
Now, my report for this month so far. Today, I am on Day 21. Normally, in my PM program, I would have had my period by now if not around today. So, it seems that my cycle has been lengthened! I want it to come in one week, because that would mean that my cycle is regulated! Hopefully this is the case. We'll see!
As for my breasts, I have felt so many aches, tingles, itches, etc. all month long. They also feel relatively full. I cannot wait to measure!!
I have been noogling more consistently, but I can only manage to get 4-5 days a week, but I think a couple days off helps sometimes. However, I have been doing 4-5 days a week for 1 month today, and I had that over-pumping experience a few weeks ago. Since then I have taken a more gradual approach, only doing 40 minutes to 2 hours a day. I am filling the cups more, and I see an improvement! My bikinis are filling out much more and my cleavage lines are getting a little more pronounced. They also sit on my chest differently.
I can't explain it, but there is something different about the appearance of my breasts. They sit on my chest perkier, higher, something. Just different. What a great difference it is, too!
I don't know what to credit it to, either. I changed my cycling plan, added new supplements, and changed my noogle technique. It could be any of it! Whatever it is, it seems to be working.
I feel like I am in a growth spurt, so next month, I am just going to cleanse during my period with milk thistle, and proceed with my PM cycle. This is such a fun process!
