Hi everyone
I started taking the fenugreek tablets but because they are mahoosive and I am terrible at swallowing tablets I am turning to you guys for help with taking them,

empty the capsule and put loose content on your tongue , swallow it with water / milk

Thanks it's not the best tasting thing can you swallow the seeds??
