loverstilly's progress

#1

Basic information about myself:
22, BMI = 19.2
Tried NBE for a few years now, no significant progress Sad
Sometimes I really feel like giving up.

Bust 31.5", Over bust 31", underbust 27"
Currently wearing VS push up 32B, left breast can fit but there are still gaps in the right breast. Not sure if I'm wearing the right size.

My basic program is just ainterol PM once every two days for day 1-15 and rest for day 15-28. I realized if I take one per day, I get my period on day 21.

I would like bigger breast, 32C in the near future and 32D if I dare to dream. Anyone has any suggestions to add to my program?

And my breasts look a bit weird I think. Like there's a dent from my arm pits to my breasts, and it makes it look very saggy Sad Sad is there a way to improve this??

Thanks to any inputs babes <3

Girl I don't know a lot about tuberous/underdeveloped breasts, but I am pretty sure you have a 26/28 band size and a D cup size. You are most definitely not in the right bra. You have almost 5 inches of difference between your underbust and bust size, and I suspect you measured your overbust in the wrong spot because of the shape I see in your pictures. You may not feel like a D, but I really do think you are a D cup as it is and maybe you wanna try going into a victoria's secret and try on a 30D bra and see if it fits better since 28 is a REALLY hard size to find and 26 is even harder. You might even be able to go up to a DD cup with a little extra space if you found a 28 band.

Also, seriously add in some topicals and massage massage massage. And try adding some hypnotherapy or binural beats or something because IMO you have a great base and you could get massive growth. I hated PM honestly. Like, I only use it for a few days at a time when I am out of Fenugreek, so maybe you want to switch from PM to Fenugreek. I got better results with it than the PM, and I even went with the massive(for me) diet restrictions they say you should do on the Ainterol website. I didn't get like, anything. Super disappointed by it honestly.

Yes I think like kardashian said wearing the right bra could improve your breast shape are the 'dents' where your bra cup ends because then your cup size is too small it could be causeing this shape you dont like also with a 27 in underbust you really want to try to find somewhere that sells 28band sizes but really no bigger than 30 to put it this way a 32 is too loose on me and I'm far from thin or small.
I had growth with pueraria it worked amazingly for me especially with progesterone BC I went up over 6 inches on ainterol pm in a very short time I do also like fenugreek I'm giving that more of a go now.

Thanks girls that really gave me a confidence boost. And DAMN I should have posted here waaaaay earlier if I knew there was such a great support community going on here. I was basically just lurking and trying it on my own for the past few years :/

Wow you girls are right. My bra does end at where the dents are Sad I'll take some time and look around for band 28 bras. VS only sells up to a 30B, which I grew out of several years ago.

I bought fenugreek just yesterday, but unfortunately my store ran out of vitex and gingko (which I intend to add to my program as well) + a topical that contains PM, soy and volufiline.

Wanted to give all that a go as a wholistic program, and will try to report in 3 months, 6 months, 9 months...

BonitaDDs, I have seen your program (several times) and am so jealous! Makes me want to go get a depo shot!

Try not to use a bra calculator. Earlier today I decided to see what comes up in google search and on bra sites, a lot of them are wrong in some way. They only ones that I saw worked properly were the Soma and VS bra calculators. Others had me in 36 bands and C cups, or 32 band and DD cups, one even had me in an B cup which there is no way in heck I fit in a B without the band falling off me. I'm sorry, I don't care what the calculator says, you are NOT a B cup, you are much bigger with those measurements. You don't even look like a B cup.

This site seems to have bras in your size, and the prices are pretty similar to a VS bra. IMO it's better to have a bra your size, or maybe even a size bigger when you're trying to grow them because the wrong bra size can actually make your breasts smaller by moving breast tissue, there's info about it in this thread here:

http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=11006

I just bought one of those band things because I mishaped my boobs by putting off bra buying since starting NBE and have been wearing bras too small for me. Really messed up my breasts. Since I invested in a D bra, I find that I'm stretching it(it's unlined) by fat brushing and I'm thinking that it's not swelling putting me at a 39" bust, but I was actually a DD the whole time, the breast tissue was just in the wrong place.

That's something I wanna recommend for your regimen now because you've been wearing the wrong bra size for so long, fat brushing might bring you up to a 28DD or more once you put all your breast tissue in the front where it belongs. I hope this is helping you, but you have FANTASTIC measurements as of now and I'm sure a lot of us here are jealous as heck. I know I am.
