SO MAD AND I NEED HELP NOW PLEASE!!!

#1

I ordered my stuff from be stacked because I love their ultimately stacked and booby stacked creams. I FINALLY got my order and I open it and the Ultimately Stacked powder has not only no dosage on the label, but also a past due expiration date. They sent me EXPIRED POWDER. Now I figured it was a mistake so I wanted to contact them. Went looking for an e-mail address, all they have is a form. I tried to send them the following message:

I just received my second order from you guys and I am very upset to see that on the top of my ultimately stacked powder, it says that it's expired, and did expire on 12/2013. I figured the long processing time was because you guys were making sure everything was perfect and proper on it's way. I would attach pictures but obviously I can't do that through this form. I got great results last time using your Ultimately Stacked pills and the Booby Stacked cream. This time I went with the powder in hopes of being more economical, but I won't take it since it's expired. My other question about the powder is how much is 750 grams? I was taking the Ultimately stacked pills 2 capsules 3x a day. What is the equivalent of that with this powder? I hope you contact me quickly as I would like to get back on my breast enhancement regimen as soon as possible. Thanks for your time.

When I go to click send e-mail it tells me that I can't send it because the form quota of use was full. That means there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! I am FUMING because this place has ZERO customer service apparently. No number, no e-mail, just a cruddy little form that DOESN'T EVEN WORK!! They take a WEEK in processing and then they can't even send me something without a past expiration date? SERIOUSLY? I freaking love the products and now I'm pretty POd because I might have to find a similar product elsewhere since I can't even GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PEOPLE I GAVE $100s TO! I can get results without this stuff, I can, I like this stuff because it speeds them up, makes me feel glamorous, and like my whole plan is really coming together with the use of it. I don't want to give it up, but if I really can't get ahold of anyone I will.

Does anyone on here have any experience with them? Can you give me an actual e-mail address to send something to? I am so upset you have no idea. I'm so angry I want to scream. I like to spend money on things I get results from, and are worth it, and when I find it, I will spend $100s on it, but I have a big problem when I'm giving you $100s and I get nothing from it. Hell, I can't even use it.

I'm sorry this is a long rant but really, if anyone has a way of getting in touch with the Be Stacked customer service, I'd be eternally greatful!

If you paid by PayPal you can probably get your money back there's somewhere you report the transaction or something you put in why you need a refund don't remember only did it once a long time ago.

Maybe I'll try that if I don't hear back from them.

They responded through ebay and told me that they just didn't have labels and it wasn't expired. The stuff isn't pre packaged, she does it when the order comes in so they powder is freshly sealed in the jar and the label gets slapped on after, which was what I was hoping happened. Thank goodness.

Are you sure she's not just saying that or she would have put new date on right or say if it was a use by or whatever.
Mmm it doesn't look to good for stacked from what you said.

I really do think that's the case because from what I know of the company it's one woman that works out of her house and she packages everything in her house as orders come in. It's literally printed onto the sticker and I imagine it's cheaper to buy stickers in huge bulk than to buy new ones for every month, especially when you don't know how many orders you're gonna get. I also think it would look less professional on her part to have her handwritten expiration date over it. She should probably not put an expiration date on it, and instead put a shelf life so she never has to worry about this. It'll always be the shelf life of when the powder went out, regardless of date/year/month. Maybe I'll suggest that to her. She's not a whole company she's just one woman, doing it all herself. I think it's a genuine case of her not having a proper label for it, which I really suspected was the case when I got it, and so I think she told the truth. I could be wrong, and if I am I guess the herbs just won't be as potent, but I don't feel in my gut like it's not the truth. If I did I wouldn't take it. She did offer to send out another one and give a refund which is really what assured me.
