It's easy to be flighty, with so many things to keep track of! NBE is complicated. The thing that helps me the most is I have troublesome hair and skin that have both require detailed regimens all my life, so it's easy for me to transfer that discipline to other aspects of my life.

"I figure like you that if you place a lot of emphasis on your breasts regularly during the day that your brain will tell send signals and the increased circulation to the area will hopefully aid in growth." YES, exactly! I've had success with this before, so I know it works.

I won't be posting any pictures. If I do, it will probably be with a shirt on and no bra. I'm too modest to do that right now, though (I won't even wear a bathing suit in public unless I'm wearing a skirt over it).

Thank you for the encouragement! For the record, I saw your pictures, and I think your breasts are so beautiful.

Thank you BB Smile Mine are up and down at the moment but it doesn't bother me. I have an end goal in sight and realise now, if I stress about it I will get nowhere.
I have an obsessive type personality so I don't need to add to that with breast obsession too. It helps that I have some BEAUTIFUL bras that really add shape and cleavage so when I wear those I don't feel small in the interim.

I COMPLETELY understand about the pictures. I literally lost sleep after posting my bra less shots, but I did it once and got such lovely encouragement it was easier to keep them up there and as long as I maintain complete anonymity on here...

And yes good I can see and understand about the hair and skin, I would definitely be more regimented if I had those issues too.

Yes, don't stress! Stressing out over it will hold you back.

A fellow obsessive type! I'm like that, too. I've chilled out in recent years and realized how unhealthy it is. Bras are so wonderful, aren't they? They really help a girl's self-esteem.

Oh my, you lost sleep over it? You really were nervous about it! If my breasts were as lovely as yours, I might be tempted to put some pictures up. Maybe I will take some pictures with a clingy top on.

Your soo sweet thank you Smile
OH its soo nice to know someone else with obsessive type personality ha ha! I'm not alone!!!!
Ok how about this, this is also what I have done. I took a complete set of pictures front/side/top/bottom but most importantly using a bra as a reference - ps if it weren't for this I don think I would have noticed any change at all and I would have given up!
Store these pictures In a folder and send it to your email and hide it in a folder so that way there's no evidence on your computer Wink

Ohhh Ella you have the best ideas! So sneaky, ha ha ha. I'm going to do this today! I might still do some in a shirt to post on here, though, and keep the bra ones for myself.

In effect there are different school of thought about it! I tend to wear bras when I'm out and go braless when I'm home..

Wild dreams?? now I'm curious... that could be a funny (or creepy) side effect! By the way I will take the powder, I bought it from ebay and it was quite cheap

Yes your bras are more likely to weaken what holds your breasts up decrase circulation as well as distort the shape if you aren't wearing something that fits perfectly.
OK my breasts are big about 30gg I go more or less braless most times a little more with a bra during winter and they have if anything got perkier from doing this about a year so no wearing a bra doesn't actually prevent sagging unless doing sport just 8reduces the appearance of sagging while in that bra there are a couple study's proving this.

That sounds like a good balance. That's what I'd consider doing if I ever saw proof that bras do in fact weaken the muscles.

The dreams are very vivid! It feels like they're real. Good, stick with the powder. There are no fillers with the powder, so it's better than capsules.

Wow, Bonita, that's great! Do you do any kind of exercises for your breasts, though? Do you use an suction device? Because I know that helps a lot with perkiness.

Please don't shoot me.....
Upon reading about night time bras I came across an article which really makes a lot of sense. Needless to say i'm inclined to agree and I may make a point of being sure my underarm bra band etc isn't too tight from here on in. Whats gutting for me is about the push up bras thought :'( It's worth a read - only as it is helpful. But whether what I am about to insert is true this is of some relevance to what you are concerned about BB, also noteworthy a friends wife has VERY big breasts! And she has no sag issues at all with/without a bra so this might have some merit..

Surgeon Christine Haycock at the New Jersey College of Medicine says that inherited traits -- not ligaments or breast size -- are the reason some breasts give in to gravity. Bouncing bosoms help clear the lymphatics.

PS looking at the night time bra you brought it doesn't have underwires from the looks of it so it's just tight underwire bra's this article refers too Smile

This is good info, ELLACRAIG! Thanks for sharing! I'll keep wearing the sleep bra around the house, then, if at least to keep my nipples from driving me crazy brushing up against my tops.

Yay Smile ok sorry I thought in inserted the link to the full article but I didn't, I have posted it up in the NBE frequently asked questions section if you wanted to have a full read. It actually sheds some light on the whole ensuring a clear pathway to bring nutrients etc to our breasts which we were talking about earlier Wink and not constricting that. Right off for a bike ride. Take care Smile
