Let's get boobified!

Oo, clever you! I didn't even know you could create hidden folders in email!

Yeah, I really hate seeing mine... it's just the way I feel. I don't like my whole body, actually.

Congrats on your progress! I bet the next time you work up the nerve to look at the pictures again, you'll be amazed that your breasts ever looked like that. I really see now that pictures are important in keeping track. I do also have a bra that I don't quite fill out on top that I want to gauge my progress with.

You have a good day too! Thanks again for looking and for the advice. Smile

My left breast is a bit tender today. I don't think I'm due for my period soon. I have a hard time getting my period, and I shouldn't be due for at least 2 more weeks. My left breast is always more responsive than my right breast. It gets more feelings in it after massage. The nipple is more sensitive on that side, too.

My main goal for this month is to eat less sugar. I'm starting out the month quite sick, and I can't taste or smell anything, so that's been working out nicely for me. Why indulge my sweet tooth when I can't even taste the sweetness?

My appetite is something I need to work on. I don't know if I would have eaten dinner yesterday if it hadn't been for my brother fixing me a plate and bringing it to me (he can be kind when he wants to be!). Hopefully my sense of smell and taste come back soon. It'll be much more enjoyable to eat more once they return.

Apparently I'm a C/D cup. I got measured at Victoria's Secret and she told me I was a 32D. To be sure, I put in my measurements in an online bra size calculator and got the same result. I feel more comfortable in C's, though, so that's what I claim (though I'll admit I'm a bit overfond of tight bras!). I wasn't wearing a bra in the shots. Bra sizing is so confusing...

Oh, and does anybody know what having a long cycle says about hormones? I always have to wait forever for my period to come around, and I didn't even get it in December.

May be you are under stress ( high cortisol can mess up our hormones), another possibility is low progesterone. Get a panel done if the only way to know for sure.

Oh boy, I'm under a lot of stress all the time, to be honest. That makes sense. That's probably it, but I never knew that low progesterone could be a possibility, too.

Thanks so much, Ceci.

Thanks, Ceci. I'll start doing the "prayer" exercise (where you press your hands together in front of your chest for several second, release, then repeat a few times) after my massage sessions. I used to do those a few years ago, with good results.
