I keep checking on Amazon to see if my Kangzhu cups and pump gun have been shipped yet. The status has changed to getting ready for shipment as of this morning! So excited. I can't wait to start using suction.

I took my last MSM capsule today. When my latest Amazon shipment gets here, I'm going to order a big thing of the powder and start taking that instead.

I think I have luteal swelling right now. I'm on day 27 of my cycle. If only they were this big all the time!

Isnt luteal just awesome Mines finished how, no idea when my period is due, I normally mark it in my phone but I didn't this month silly me. I found a period tracker app on android though so installed that! Yes be exciting when the pump arrives, looks like you have some good boobs hidden under there! Il try dry brushing now first prior to noogling to give the circulation a a boost.
Msm seems to be a wonder supplement but I'm conflicted as it said it helps allergies but can also worsen them :s and I have horrific dry sinus's!
I may up my intake for say two weeks then stop two weeks and monitor my allergies from there.

Luteal swelling is the best! Time to wear all my tightest tops, ha ha ha. > Trackers are so great, aren't they? I keep track of mine on here: http://mymonthlycycles.com/ I wish I could start pumping now so that I could take advantage of this luteal swelling, like people on the Noogleberry forum have mentioned. But my breasts also get so achy during the luteal phase, so it would probably be pretty uncomfortable. Still, it would be worth it.
I'm really excited about the fact that you discovered dry brushing and how well it kicks up your circulation! It gets really hot here in the summer, and I was thinking about how horrid it's going to be to use my heating pad then. I think I'll be like you and use the dry brushing then, instead.

Hmm, I didn't know that about MSM! I can see why you'd be extra wary. I've personally had nothing but good benefits, but I don't really have much in the way of sinus issues.

Today I needed some more protein powder, as I have some in a smoothie almost every morning. To my delight, my local grocery store had this on sale!: http://www.naturesbounty.com/PRODUCT/050874 Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Complete Protein and Vitamin Shake Mix. They were 2 for the price of one! I've been wanting to try it, but I can get this one other protein powder, twice the amount, for a dollar less. However, with it being 2 for the price of one, I was able to get my usual amount for about the same price. Not only is it a protein powder, but it has vitamins, probiotics, flaxseed, and collagen in it! Lots of NBE-friendly goodies! I got a chocolate and a vanilla. So excited!

I have a confession to make. I decided I was going to let myself have sugar this weekend, because my dad got some chocolate with me in mind, and then the next day he got me a brownie sundae. But while I was eating the chocolate, I kept thinking 'What's the point of this?' It just wasn't satisfying, and I kept thinking about how it had no nutritional value and therefore served no actual purpose for my body. Then, the next day, I got halfway through the sundae and told my dad to eat the rest because it just didn't even taste that good to me. I think I'm over sugar. When I have it, I keep thinking about how bad it is for my skin and how it's keeping my testosterone levels high. Plus it's not even that tasty! Give me a savory meal over a sugary treat any day. Never thought I'd say that. NBE is getting me over my sugar addiction. Yay!

Snap! My raw protein powder turned up today too along with my supposedly non toxic instant heat pad. You click a disc and this gel heat pad heats up automatically. Its the strangest fascinating thing!
