I've had a very busy week. I started a new workout/nutrition program last week and it's more time consuming than I thought it would be! I've kept with the supplements but here's my noogle diary. I'm using the 7:2 method, shooting for 1 hour, twice a day on weekdays.
Monday - none
Tuesday - 1 hour AM, 1 hour PM
Wednesday - 1/2 hour AM, 1 hour PM
Thursday - 1 hour AM. Hope I have time for any this afternoon!!!
Tuesday and Wednesday I tried massaging with FSO and MR in hopes of gaining some swelling. It was to no avail. Today it's super cold here again and my L cups were farting a lot while I noogled. I'm so ready for summer!
Happy Friday! Yesterday afternoon I squeezed in just 15 minutes straight at a higher intensity. Something's better than nothing, right? 1 hour this morning, 1 hour this afternoon. Now it's off for the weekend. Time to give the girls a break.

Super busy week. Kept with the new workout regimen and joined a new gym. Very excited about that. However, I'm PMSing something fierce and made some bad food choices yesterday and Wednesday. Anyway, NB summary:
Monday - 1 hr AM.1 hr PM
Tuesday - 1 hr AM. No PM.
Wednesday - 30 min AM, Breasts were crazy sore today so nothing more
Thursday - 1 hr AM, 1 hr PM
Friday - 1 hr AM, currently in the midst of 1 hr PM.
I'm expecting my period any minute now (it's back on the PC but super irregular). I went to see my hormone dr Tuesday and she agreed with Tibetan that my T levels were rising and liked my approach of cutting the cream down to every other day. All my symptoms alleviated so it seems to be a good dose for me. As for my PC, she's upping my doses on my next cycle. She likes the progress I've made (she didn't retest but talking about symptoms) but I still get severe night sweats before my period so she's upping it. Fingers crossed this will help with growth!
Ugh - horrible sleeping weekend. Massive night sweats Friday night and then horrible cramps woke me out of a dead sleep Saturday night. My period had finally started (30 day cycle this month). I took some pictures and measured when I woke up. Absolutely no changes on the tape. In person the bra looked a lot tighter (quad boob) but I had trouble getting it on camera.
On the plus side, it finally warmed up Friday afternoon and after Noogling the swelling was simply awesome! So, I think it is the cold weather preventing the swelling. However, it's now cold again so I didn't get to enjoy it for very long.
The top pictures are the new ones, the initial are below. Some of the lighting doesn't help and the angles are slightly different. I'll try to get better matches to the originals next month!
Thanks ladies! I'm super excited about the bra pictures. I just can't figure out how there's such a huge difference when the naked pictures and measurements show no change! Excited to see some results though, I've been at this a long time so it's good to finally be on the right plan
